App crashes too much
Can you guys please fix the app. Everytime I click on it, it sends me back to the home screen. What the heck u guys. Spent so much money on this bedframe just for it not to work. Could’ve literally gone with any other company.
Stopped working
Worked fine for years! Finally updated the app and now it won’t even launch.

It worked for a while, but when then update came the app didn’t work anymore.

Even after multiple updates, this crashes immediately.

What the heck, Revive? We own two model 6000 bases and the app worked great for years. Then suddenly they “update” the app and it only works through model 5500?!? Why would you *remove* functionality from your app? Are you intentionally trying to anger your customer base? Or perhaps enhance your reputation as a company that deserts your customers after the check clears? I’ll be sure to never purchase from Revive/Living Spaces and steer any friends/family from purchasing your products.

No longer works

I just updated my app and now I can adjust my bed.

I’m so mad. The old app worked fine with my adjustable base. Now this “upgrade” won’t even work! If it’s not broken why fix it? The fix is broken.

You’ve rendered my adjustable base completely useless! Lost the remote during a move and now this app just doesn’t connect to my bed. I can’t get it to do anything!

New version does not work
Old version worked pretty well tbh. This new update will not work. I can still find out two bed frames over Bluetooth, but that’s it. No lights, no adjustments for the bed frame. Just a haptic buzz on the phone…the bed frame does nothing.
Fix your app!

Works as described. I’ve tried out all features and had no problems. I love the new base. Now that i have the app in my phone I won’t need to hunt for the remote at 2AM. I’m not even sure what model Revive I have but it was the cheapest one - we paid $1200. I can’t remember if that included the maintenance warranty. It has massage, the night light and two USBs on each side. I hope the app continues to work but for right now it works perfectly!

As of the new update on September 8, I can no longer use my bed base
App crashes as soon as it is opened.
I’ve been using this app without any major issues for a while now but this new update is crashing the app as soon as it is opened so I literally can’t use it. Developers please fix this.
Bad update
I recently realized that the Revive Control App took an update to 7.0.2 and it no longer works with my bed. Is there any way to go back to the old version? I never had issues until now.
Update ruined the whole remote
You would think when you update something it works even better or is improved but that wasn’t the case for this nightmare crash fest update for the remote function of our bed…absolute crash after crash with the app, now after deleting and reloading the app nothing works at all
