Blueprint for my Health

The insights from the Revive DNA reports, especially around my diet & nutrition and sleep have really helped me dial in the key areas of my life to improve my health. I figured out what's the best diet for me and now know what I should be eating and supplementing to give my body what it needs. I also now understand why I was getting such bad sleep until I adjusted my habits and started eating the right foods to promote better sleep (for me). I really have a blueprint for how to work on my health and feel very empowered in doing so!
