Can’t figure it out
I added my family. However there are no clear instructions on how to use this app for family members.
Ease of use and information
I just got this through my work for my spouse so she can see the doctor virtually. However as we are trying to set up an appointment for her, it doesn’t allow us to set it up specifically for her. I have called their help line and was given a second number to call, so I did, and was lead to going to their primary website where it should have allowed us to set up a password for my spouse. It did not let us set up a password for her or allow her to create an account. I am very disappointed in the customer care service I have been given as no one has been able to answer my question.
