Love the live counter
Honestly the live counter and the access thing is awesome.
The graph under the counter appears to be unrelated to anything as all gyms use the same graph and so far I haven’t one gym that even remotely matches that estimate. Each gym should have its own it’s pointless in its current form. May as well be a picture of a donkey
Would be nice to be able to reach out to certain gyms for cleaning or maintenance requests as some places are amazing and some are never clean, some have broken or worn machines etc.

Occasionally, some equipment might be out of action while we wait for repairs, but we always log these issues as soon as they’re identified. If you ever spot anything that’s not up to standard, please let a staff member at reception know so we can get it sorted right away. Lacks basic functions
Can’t edit profile details via the member portal in the app as everything is greyed out and the app support page has been unavailable for at least 3+ weeks now. The app pretty much just serves as an emergency access tag and that’s it 🤷♂️
Great app but really troubling issue
All round great app for a great gym and no regrets since joining. One complaint I do have is that this app actually uses more storage on my phone than any other app and I don’t really understand what is taking up 5GB+ storage as someone working in the tech and cyber line. It’s really troubling and confusing me so I wanted to ask the developers why this is and more importantly if there is any way apart from clearing cache (or reinstalling after deleting) to make sure this doesn’t happen

Scan for access doesn’t work all the time
I had to delete the app and reinstall and than it’s worked than it’s stop working for access to gym I had to use my physical key to open the small glass door to get in. Now I have to make it work I have to delete the app than switch off the phone than do it all again , it’s so frustrating. App need better programming for iPhone and it’s latest iOS software 26.5 onwards.

Freezing membership
The app gives you the option to temporarily freeze the membership, but once you freeze it you cannot access your account because it’s for “members only”. It’s so frustrating that they don’t let you unfreeze the membership through the app or access your own account.
Unreliable
The app takes so long to open. It’s hella slow compared to other apps that I never want to use it. But the gym really is going for the app and slowly relying people to use it. The user journey from opening the app to being able to scan takes one minute.
Good app, but...
The app itself is easy to use, has a clean layout and does its job. However, the "Streaks" feature wrecks my mental health. Reminds me of Snapchat and I feel forced into working out just to "maintain" it, rather than working out to improve my health. Would be great if it just tracked the days I've gone and left out the weekly streak.

API failure cannot access
Stupid app failed at 9pm and I cannot access the gym, no staff there to fix the problem
Worst app
My login never works even though I’ve reset my password so many times. Every time I try to view the live member count it never works - it keeps asking me to log in and when I do log in from that explore section it just doesn’t work and keeps asking me to log in over and over again. I’ve even tried deleting the app and re-downloading - does the same thing.

Slow and painful app but great gym!
Revo fitness app is a completely opposite to using the gym! The app is buggy and slow. From scanning to get the entry, to check the live counter, or raffle tickets, streaks - this tab errors out most of the times. I get a feeling that this is a web based interface. I may be wrong but the overall user experience sucks. I am hoping the makers will take this constructive feedback and fix the app.

Simple review it just doesn’t work, iv tried so many times to trouble shoot it and it keeps coming up with a white screen and I can scan in
Never works first time
I constantly get the error message “return to Home Screen” when I try to scan my access QR code. It can take 4 or 5 restarts of the app to get it to work.
Barely Functional
Old version worked fine, since the latest update the app is barely functional, most items time out and sit in a perpetual white screen.

Since the new update the app stopped working, cmon guys
App is not working
Fix the app. Most of the things in the studio require an app to use it. What value would you offer is If the app is non functioning.
Constant updates that break the app
I see continuous UI changes with AI generated images that don’t improve experience at all
