Exactly what I needed
This POS app does everything I need. I use the ipad app in the coffee shop and the mobile app in the weekend market. I can customise every device the way I want. This app has saved me time and money!
Does what it says
App is very helpful after a few weeks of use. Set up was smooth, payments are processed easily. Mobile app will defo be my go to when taking the cart out!

Don’t waste your time!
I started the process of moving over to Revolut about 18 months ago, the process has been full broken promises, disappointment and pain. I have wasted many hours of my time trying to get this to work for me and I wish I hadn’t started. The system is not fit for purpose. I will give some examples why, their own card machine does not link directly to the POS, the exported report does not give you the information about the sales, for example we cannot identify what staff member sold what because they have no way of listing on any of their multiple reports what staff member sold what. There is no way of retrieving the staffs own sales data for the shifts work, without exporting a report, and the report then does not give you enough information. This system is very much in its infancy, I reckon it’s about two years away of being worth using. Revolut has tried developing this to me our needs, but I’m faced with the fact that someone goes off sick and needed an operation so therefore the system is not likely to be updated for a number of months. Very basic information is not available on this app, it’s very clunky, the lack of direct contact to a car machine is very frustrating and time-consuming consuming. Generally, the system is just not very good. On top of this, it’s nearly impossible to do a firmware update on the card machines, it can only be done if you tether to your phone (it won’t work on normal broadband) - and after 30 attempts at the update, you may be lucky and the update works……god of luck with that! On top of this you will encounter endless problems. Honestly, come back in 2 years with you fingers crossed. I’m pulling this systems from our shops.
