If I could give this card a 0 I would. I paid for expedited shipping , paid in full and “expedited to them is 14 business days “ . As an application developer, you cannot log into this app , even after doing a password reset, contacting customer service 10 times over, you have to be on their payment processor website. Aside, the fees charged and annual and monthly fee is NOT worth it at all. -1/5 stars. Don’t release an application if it’s not ready. You have a lawsuit coming.

Waste of time
I lost the ability to make purchases for paying my bill on time. Trust what all of the negative reviews have to say. Totally unbelievable.

This feels like a clear sign I shouldn’t move forward with this card. Months ago, I received a letter inviting me to apply, promising up to $2,000 in credit with a code. I went to the website, used the code, applied, and was denied. I accepted that, ripped up the letter, and moved on. Then a month or two later, I received another letter from the same company, but this time it included a physical card offering up to $500. That already felt off, so I set it aside. Over the next couple of weeks, I kept getting emails telling me to activate the card and that they were happy to have me use credit through them, so I finally decided to try.
When I attempted to activate it, I entered my information and tried to pay the $95 program fee using money from my savings, but the payment kept declining without any notification from my bank. I thought maybe I entered the wrong billing details, so I tried again, but it still didn’t work. I then called the number provided, and the automated system asked for my card number, then told me to press one if I wanted to apply, which made no sense since I had already applied and even received a card. I tried to reach a representative, but they were closed, and I couldn’t get any real help.
Shortly after, I received an email stating I was denied due to excessive declined payment attempts. The entire situation has been confusing and inconsistent from the beginning: being invited to apply and denied, then later being sent a card anyway, issues activating it, being asked to pay a $95 fee just to use it, payments not going through without explanation, and no access to support when needed. After also seeing negative reviews about the company, the experience feels unprofessional and unreliable. At this point, I don’t feel comfortable moving forward with them at all.

Worked for one time
Worked to set up the account. Then had an update and now the app doesn’t open. I deleted it, redownload it, restarted my phone and it still doesn’t work.
4/29/26 Received a response from tech support saying to delete the app and reinstall…..glad they read what I wrote! Because I did just that and didn’t work! Still doesn’t work.

The App decides to stop using my face biometrics randomly at least 1 every two months then says my password is incorrect forcing me to do a new password over and over and you have to do that on a different website. It’s also annoying having to type my credit card number in every time I have to change it. This app is stressful.

Not worth your time
These folks are nutty. I paid the deposit. No problem. Paid my first bill, they say I need to verify my payment source. I paid using my Venmo account so I send them a copy of Venmo’s statement. Revvi tells me the statement isn’t good enough. They continue to accept payments from my using that same account but closed my credit card. Which had no lates. Don’t waste your time with this starter card. They will block your use after the first payment. Customer service is not helpful at all.

The card is fine, the app sucks!!!!
I got my card, paid the fee but I can’t access the app. I have registered my card and I can access the account online but the app SUCKS!!!!! Keeps giving me error when logging in so I clicked the link for “forgot password”. It takes your info to verify your account, I click the link to reset password, I enter a new password and save. It then says “Error, the information you entered does not match an account in our records, please try again”. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. The best thing I can say about the app is that it give the calculator key board instead of the typewriter keyboard. Can you get someone with an IQ above 70 to develop your app????

I am unable to even register my card , keep getting error.
Trash Card
This company issues you a card and takes your deposit without verifying your account. But once you make your first payment, they restrict the account and suddenly require proof it’s yours. I paid with my Venmo debit and submitted a statement showing my name and completed payment — they still rejected it. Yet they ask if you want to set up autopay with the same card. Makes no sense. I’m paying this down to lower my utilization and won’t be using it again except maybe for a tiny purchase. Very frustrating experience.

Worst Credit Card I’ve Ever Had!!
The app constantly crashes. I’ve had a credit limit of $300 for over a year. I pay it off every month along with their monthly bs fees. Still can’t get the credit limit raised. The list goes on and on. This is the first negative review I’ve written. Horrible company to deal with in every way.

This app is terrible. It constantly asks for my username, password, requires my Face ID AND a one time passcode! Jfc, does it need my blood type too? Half the time when the passcode is sent to me, I’ll input it, and it doesn’t do anything so I will request a new passcode so many times that it ends up telling me I can’t have a passcode sent to me at this time and I have to wait 24 hrs to access my account. Ridiculous! You’d think by now this app would be fully functioning.

app suddenly stopped working
can't open the app anymore as of jan 2 2026. tried on several different wifi connections as well as my t-mobile network. what's going on and how to fix this? reinstalling the app also didn't work

This app is the worst. I go on and try to make payments but once I get to the payment options it closes out and then I have to start all over again!!! Then you can’t reach anyone to make a payment so now I get fined with fees because their app doesn’t work!!! Please fix these bugs! I have deleted and reopened my app account just to see if that helps and it has done nothing!
