Unable to initiate app
Received 2 failure messages. “Failed to fetch app version information” and “Something went wrong. Please try again.”
Unfinished website
This app seems like it got started off just to get people hooked into the point program however there’s nothing on there that allows me to see what is actually in the store. Every single button I click brings me to the same explanation that it looks like I’ve hit a page that’s under construction or something silly like that. Hopefully they can fix all of this so that way people find what they need before they make a trip to purchase something that may not even be there or may no longer be on sale.

I have been having issues with the app for a couple months. I email the support team and they told me how to get into it. I still having problems with it. I am losing coupons because I can get in the app.
Disappointed to say the least
App needs a lot of TLC. The format is unresponsive, ugly & a hassle to navigate. Better off just going to whatever location it is you’re trying to order from. -5/5 stars.
Not working
Just downloaded app today and signed up. App clearly has a bug. Right when I open app, it asks me to take a survey twice and before I can tap anything, it closes itself out. Can’t even get into app to use it.
UPDATE THIS APP!
This app is garbage. Everytime I try to use it, it continues to crash and makes it virtually unusable.
Clearly a bad app
I cannot even log on. I am trying to sign up with my tag number and it just says loading. I left it and opened it the next morning and still loading…. Junk app
Great for Hospital Employees!
I love that they now have their reward program on an app! So much easier to use the $5 coupons that I earn.
No instructions how to upload purchases
I tried to create this app, which took 3 tries. Then there is no way given how to upload my purchases?
App issue
This is still an issue trying to to use the app. I’m seriously considering not even using this place at all.

Stuck on loading
I’m trying to register, so I can use it at my job’s gift shop. It just shows loading whenever I enter my information, it stays like that until the app shuts down.
Issues
App keeps opening with “app failed to fetch version data”. Will not allow me to log in with correct information. When signing into the website using correct information I am able to sign in no problem. I can’t get past the log in screen on the app. Have tried deleting app and reinstalling, does nothing.

Would give less if I could
They changed something and I could no longer log on. I was told I had to reload the app. Did that. Then had to login which failed. I get sent a password reset link! Surprise! The link fails on three browsers! Says ssl_protocol_error. And won’t let me proceed!
App doesn’t load coupons when you’re in the store!
Where to start…..
-Painfully slow app even on high end smartphones.
-App won’t load coupons on the WiFi provided by the hospital and service isn’t good enough to load them without the WiFi.
-Updates seem to have caused more issues than they fixed.
-Bad UI, could be condensed and simpler to use.
If I cannot get this app to work then I’m not longer shopping there and that’s like $60/week in the store losses, more frustrating than it’s worth and it’s bad enough for how much they upcharge even over gas stations mind actual grocery stores.

This app is super convenient!
Just awful
I used to enjoy shopping in our gift shop. The workers are so nice. But Lori’s took away the tag and this app doesn’t work. That’s not how you do business.
Still broken
Uninstalled and reinstalled as suggested. Still cannot open the app. 😖

Received an email that the app was fixed, it’s not. When you uninstall and redownload and log in, the same thing happens. Very frustrating.
