Ticket scanner DOES NOT work!
There are so many frustrations with this app that I don't know where to begin. It doesn't provide actual jackpots on each of the games and, now that I have upgraded to a new phone, the ticket scanner doesn't work. I think it's time for me to just delete the app completely because it's just a waste of RAM Totally worthless, and if I had the option of rating it 0 stars, I would.

Does not work for scanning tickets
Wanted to scan my lotto tickets; for that I had to register with all my private info, then the app barely scans tickets ( phone has no issues with barcodes, qr codes, bank checks, …) and then when it scanned: An Error Occurred. So then read I check the app store info here. Last updated 2y ago.
Reached out to lottery support; which forwards to the developer, I guess. They flat out deny the fact that there is an app issue or database issue. Just delete app. Reinstall app. Of course: same issue.
Does not matter which iphone 15 or new 17 pro max; scanning tickets = always an error occurred.

Absolutely garbage
This app is 100% garbage. I can’t even scan it and scratch ticket barcode took me 40 minutes to get logged in because it kept saying that my last four my social was wrong cause you know I don’t know my own social app is trash. don’t waste your time. If I could’ve gave it zero stars, I would’ve gave it that.

New iPhone, scanner does not work - will not focus
Scan on new iPhone 15 Pro Max does not work. Camera (not the app) works perfectly with focused vivid images. The ME Lottery app will not focus either while checking tickets nor entering them. Reported to the support desk and was told there’s nothing wrong. I sent them a video and nothing heard back. App is defective and needs to be recompiled for newer phones/iOS. Update 3 years later. The scanner STILL DOES NOT WORK. I wish the programmers worked for me because I would fire them.

Doesn’t can instant tickets I just tried two separate ones and there wasn’t even a way to manually enter them
Ap not very good
This app apparently was written by amateurs. Or it wasn’t reviewed very very well after it was created. I’m a professional developer and you don’t show a numeric keyboard on a daytime contact field , only to show a qwerty keyboard on a phone number field. Not too sure what I would use this app for. C’mon me if you want to increase revenues don’t put this. Get a professionally programmed app programmed. Contact me if you need to know how.

Doesn’t work! I don’t know why Maine can’t get a better app.
Sort of works
Scan and check ticket. Enter you into the second chance contests fails. Support says try again. Same. Support says remove and reinstall. Same issue. Fix it !
Never does upgrades
The app has been down for weeks and it doesn’t look like they are doing anything about it. It’s not a very good and useful app. Really needs upgrades.
Draw Game Scan for Entry
Used to be able to scan draw game tickets and hit the enter into reward me for points. Now I have to manually enter all 25 digits for every ticket. Doing this on a cell can be quite frustrating. Please fix it! The button to enter non winning instant tickets works just fine.
Absolutely horrible!
No matter how many times I restart the app or clean my phone, my camera just won’t focus on the bar codes. I have a brand new iPhone and I can focus easily on my camera app but this site does not want you to scan anything. This is seriously frustrating because I used to use this app all the time but now I can’t stand it.

Scratch ticket bar code is tiny and difficult to focus

Won’t scan tickets. Need to hold the ticket about 14” away from the camera because there app only uses 1 camera. Will not switch cameras to get closer. Needs a big update to work with todays technology.

Can’t even sign up
I have done the sign up through the app and through the website and after you type in all your information there is no where to click submit. If you refresh the page your information is deleted. I have tried to sign up about 6 times now and there is no way to actually create an account. Don’t even download unless the fix the issue. Waste of time☹️

Typically Broken?
I can usually scan tickets to see if they’re a winner. But as far as entering tickets on my account for rewards and extra contests, and very rarely lets me login through the app. When I went to the website to try to enter tickets, it actually redirected me to the app. It said the app was new so I went to look for it and it’s the same old app. So I’m writing a review.
