I can’t get anyone to reply to my emails or to the in app messages/chat. I redeemed points for a gift card last month and am still waiting to get the gift card.

Not an honest app

Update # 2. I’ve reported you to Apple for misleading and inaccurate information in regard to your app. Hope you have a nice day. You guys had plenty of time to make good on your promise and you refuse to communicate with your customers. Update #1. I redeem my points for a gift card and it’s been over a month and still no gift card. Communication from these people is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time with this app they just want your information and that’s it.

The app won’t open. I cannot delete me account. However, I still get emails about “earning points”. Annoying. Don’t get this app. I’m still trying to remove it….oh the points are laughable. You can’t even log in.

It’s a joke. Cant redeem points without “world id”. No orb locations nearby to verify. Vicious circle.

No longer can access

I’m about 800 points away from a gift card and all of a sudden I can’t access the app. I only get about 250 points a month (it’s passive so it’s a decent amount) but now, all I get is the title screen.

App not loading

I’ve used this app for the last couple years just fine and now all of a sudden it won’t load. It just stays at the opening “rewardme” screen and that’s even after I deleted and reinstalled it. I’m leaving this review since even the app support website is down too. This leaves me with no other way to report to the app developers that there’s something wrong.

This is a great app. You get gift cards for your own shopping. They also have so many to choose from. Definitely recommend.

App doesn’t work?

I’ve been using the reward me app for 3+ years. The app suddenly stopped working the last couple of days or so. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, but when opening the app, all it does is stay on the reward me opening screen. What’s going on?

Waste of time

It’s taken me over 3 years to get enough to redeem for a gift card; and I couldn’t even get one of the good gift cards because apparently my account has a daily redemption quota of $25, all of the good gift cards are worth $30. I’ve given them access to my data and then can’t even get the gift card I want. And I have to wait 14 days for the gift card I was able to get to arrive. I’ll be deleting this app as soon as I get my gift card. It’s not worth it to give them your data and get practically nothing for it.

Can’t login, can’t get help

I can’t login to my acct. I have tried chatting and no one is ever available and I have tried submitting an email to support.

Update: It was user error. It was not obvious I had to enter the country code in order to get the toggle switch active to send a code for login. The country code appeared to be pre-filled so I thought it was already filled in.
