Impossible to cancel or get a response
I keep getting monthly charges for $44 and didn't realize this was an app. They don't communicate with email and there is no email support or phone number to call. I'm over $300 in and trying to get my account canceled but keep getting reoccurring charges. Sadly I am going to escalate to the BBB to hopefully get this company to respond to my request to cancel. Deleting the app alone doesn't work.

Beginner
I am a beginner truly and have not exercised in 10 years or longer. Only on day 1 but I feel better already
I canceled and was charged highly
I did get the app and was using it for a couple weeks. Once I realized the real full price I cancelled my script. I was charged initial $18.99 then $79.99 same day I started. For first 3 mths. That’s my faught I didn’t read everything. But after canceling 2mths later I was charged $79.00 and $199.99 same day. When ask them to refund this they said it’s an automatic renew and it’s my fault. They are willing to give me lifetime access a cost of ($249.) sad. A scam

Fraud
This company charge me back to back charges for a product I didn’t ask for. The refused to cancel or give my money back Flash forward a year later the charge me $159 out of no where. I don’t even use thief product. Don’t get it unless you want to have to cancel your credit card.
They took a huge monthly fee
I thought the app was ok. Was happy to pay the one off small fee - under a tenner is worth a gamble. To discover now that they’ve take £49.50 as a monthly subscription - nowhere does it say they would be taking this and in the terms of service it doesn’t say there is a monthly charge and this figure isn’t stated anywhere. Absolute thieves. I’ve cancelled a subscription I didn’t know I had and have complained to customer service.
I see they’ve replied saying all the terms are set out to make out I’m an idiot who doesn’t read anything. All it says is that the subscription may automatically renew and at the end of the subscription. It does not say that this is a monthly fee and much worse is that you pay £9.99 when you join so at worst you’d maybe expect this if charged monthly unexpectedly. Not £49.50!! Nowhere does it say monthly, nor this amount.
I’ve since had my money refunded (offered to be refunded, am awaiting it) but they offered lesser amounts first.

Great beginner workout
It’s a great level for beginners and I see it and getting harder as I go.
Impressed
Thanks to RH for providing me with a tool that I really feel will work. Having spend 2 years coping with inactivity caused by an injury then recovery from an operation I really needed a kickstart. I am only 3 days in but feel this programme is going to offer me a chance to manage my progress in a successful way.

Can't cancel
I keep trying to cancel this service because I don't use it and it's expensive. When I ask to cancel they sat someone will call me in 5 days to figure out if I really want to cancel... YES I want to cancel NO I am not waiting 5 days. Totally a waste...
Unexpected subscription
So the app was £9.99 I used it for 4 weeks and found it not very useful
But as I paid for the 4 weeks tried it and not much progress
Then unexpectedly today £44.99 has been taken out my account
A few days prior to the trial expiring and getting a chance to cancel it
I’m now left trying to chase a refund
Would I recommend the app maybe for the 9.99 as to use a tracker but would I say it’s worth £44.99 a month almost £600 a year ABSOLUTELY NOT !!!!

I’m new here!
I am new to the app and I am loving it. The workouts are easy yet challenging and by the end you know you just had a great workout!
Just starting
I have just joined reverse health, and I am trying Tai Chi for beginners, the instructions are clear, and easy to follow, I am very wobbly, and some of the moves are difficult, but I know with practise I will get stronger, and my balance will improve.
Buyer Beware
They are all about money. I paid $21 to try just the tai chi. Then they start emailing you and texting you about all this other stuff. They offer a free nutritionist consult, which is really just to get you to pay $1800 for it.
They renewed my plan, which I wasn’t expecting as I had purposely only purchased for one month.
Then they with $85 from my account for a 3 month renew. I’ve been trying to get a refund but am stuck in an AI automated email loop.

Time between movements
I feel rushed between movements. The announcer doesn’t tell you when the movement is complete…they just go right into the next one leaving me to feel like I’m scrambled to get back up, or get on the floor. It would also be nice to know which movement has weights and which one does not before the motion starts.

You cannot cancel this thing. I have tried for a year to cancel. They just keep charging and keep charging. Don’t ever buy this. Or sign up for a trial. You will never get out of it.

Great program
I’m recovering from a TBI so I’m limited in the exercises I can safely do. I’ve been doing this app along with a second one for tai chi walking. It’s easy to do right in my living room at night. It works on my balance and my coordination skills at the same time. Great app!

Beware - automatic £45 taken monthly
Beware you are signing up to an automatic renewal and £45 will be deducted one month after you sign up. This is not mentioned in any emails when signing up and not made clear. Make sure you check the terms & conditions!
