Beware you are signing up to an automatic renewal and £45 will be deducted one month after you sign up. This is not mentioned in any emails when signing up and not made clear. Make sure you check the terms & conditions!

Feeling So Good
I had my doubts that I would stick with this program or even feel a difference. I’ve joined many various yoga, stretching and moving apps but I can say with absolute certainty that the Tai Chi program has been THE BEST by far. I look forward to every morning’s session. I actually feel rejuvenated and lighter because I’m already becoming more agile. Stiffness creeps up in you when you are too busy to take care of yourself and you think, I’m so busy, of course I’m getting plenty of movement each day by just living. Not true! I notice a huge difference and I’m only on Week 1

What I received for my payment was not at all designed for me. I cancelled next day and still waiting for my refund.
Recurring Charges
I am very upset about the recurring charge made to my card. I never saw anything that said the $9.99 I agreed to for a 28 day workout plan would become $39.99 a month after that time elapsed. Many reviews I see here and on BBB have responses from the company saying that this is stated in the confirmation email they send, but I have reread that email repeatedly today to make sure I didn’t miss something and it is NOT there. Nothing about recurring charges, monthly subscriptions, price increases, etc. I even looked to make sure there wasn’t a link in the email to terms of service or anything similar, and there is not. I understand how subscriptions work, and I sign up for them frequently, so I don’t fault businesses for recurring charges WITH GOOD PRACTICE. Not telling customers is not good practice. I also never got an email that I would be getting another charge, it just popped up on my bank account. They did issue a refund when I contacted them about it the same day the charge came through (still pending on my bank account but it is showing there), so that’s good. BUT they need to make it more clear that this is a recurring charge program. I’m not complaining about the app content, just that they need better practices of making it clear there are recurring charges and price increases.

Boring with little variety. Absolutely nothing special, absolutely not worth paying a cent. You can find better workouts for free on YouTube. Nothing like what the ads for it make it seem like on Insta. Don’t fall for it.
