Unable to login via Face ID in IPhone
It had been few days I tried to login via Face ID, keep failed and cannot login. Few years already still same issue despite multi update.
Not suitable for my iPhone 15 pro max
When I click Duitnow QR the application automatically closed, I reinstalled many times also the same
Cannot log in, Keep ask for log in to latest version
There is no update version, Then when i click open, it ask Me update to latest version!

Soooo many problems using the apps that I don’t know where to start ! Always got this message need to update the apps but I already updated the apps from the app store. I don’t want to continue with the apps frequent breakdown unable to transfer money and always got problem with the server down
Something wrong logging in even though its updated!
Something is wrong with this new update! I keep wanting to login but it kept prompting that my app needs to be updated to the new version! IT IS ALREADY UPDATED! I even deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still prompted the same message! PLEASE FIX THIS BUG IMMEDIATELY!
Unable to use because apps not updated
The app keeps telling me I can’t use it unless I update. But when I check the App Store, there’s no option to update. This is really inconvenient and frustrating.

Overly complicated and troublesome, making it far from user-friendly.
Most useless banking app
The worst banking app for corporate you will come across. Probably done by some school dropout. Will show error message 70% of the time. When delete and download back you cant activate secure plus because you cant login from your computer without the app. Cannot add favourite account. Most useless app!

Apps problem
Always need to be updated too often.
App keeps telling me to update to latest version when I already have
My iPhone15 is on Auto update, yet RHB Reflex keep telling me to update. When i manuallu update it still gave me the same message. I am unable to complete my transaction.
Keeps jumping to home screen
I cant open the apps in Iphone14 Promax, it has been days and will jump back to home screen after pressing duitnow QR
Inefficient and troublesome
Among my experience of using different cash management platforms - including maybank, PBenterprise, SMBC, this is the worse. The platform is very inefficient and the app is non-intuitive and adds complexity. Where it has taken on complexity for the sake of security, other service providers seemed to have achieved it with simplicity.

Not user friendly
Difficult to log in and resetting a password (a basic feature) has to be done manually by calling in and you have to wait an hour before you can log back into your account.
NO OPTION TO XFER TO RHB
entire list of banks but no RHB. how to transfer money to another RHB account? u want me to bring my business to another bank?

This app is not efficient at all. Sometime you can log in, and sometime you log in it just keep on denied your entry by exiting out to your home screen, get it fix please!!!
Broken apps, garbage.
Always crash when trying to log in. Bringing problem to the user. Please improve your apps. Garbage apps, can’t even perform payment during emergency

Been using this app for seven months+. Hated it at first but am appreciating it now compared to other banking apps. For payroll, EPF n Sosco saves me time. In a few months time, I will switch to Reflex for my other companies.
But my grouses is the interface is constantly evolving n causes a bit of confusion at times.

Should be starless.
Inefficient design, horrible UI. Apps are supposed to make things easier. Have used numerous banking apps and this is the worst.
Please update the design. Transactions are cumbersome to do on both app and the desktop version. The app needs a whole makeover.
