Terrible UI and UX
Developer has zero sense or UI and UX. So much wasted save with oversized lining and spacing, and all those side frames and in between.
And the worst? The portfolio page.
Why do you need a bloody thick line for disclaimer when you can park it somewhere else without wasting so much space?
The point of a portfolio page is for users to see all their holdings, the more being able to be viewed the better. Now look at the portfolio page. Do we even need that many info and lines that are not important, that can be minimised into expandable and minimisable buttons? Come on. Fix that bloody portfolio page. Just learn from your competitors who have proper designers.

Terrible software vendor that replaced the good one previously
The staying “don’t fix it if it’s not broken” rings true.
Before this software vendor took over, the RHB Invest was pretty good. The current one is so terrible and not user friendly, making life difficult for users, just for RHB to save slightly in terms of cost (I doubt they even saved money by choosing this terrible vendor).
Designers got no sense of user interface and user experience. Just look at how spaces are wasted, lines that should not have been so thick, elements that should not be used or repeated, it goes on and on. The worse has to be the portfolio page where so many elements that you don’t need are crowding out the essential info that users want, which is to be able to see more shares that one owns, and the details, instead of things not needed which took so many lines, making shares’ details less visible.
