Can’t do an external transfer; app crashes every time i attempt.
Can’t even see transactions
I just got a secured credit card with them and it doesn’t even show transactions. i’ve been using the card for weeks and the balance goes down but still shows no transaction history. this is just so blatantly ridiculous for this day and age given the competition! what am i supposed to do, keep receipts? every other card or bank i’ve ever had has figured this out why can’t you?

New app much better!
Recently RICU changed their website and mobile app and all the changes truly are great. The mobile app is much easier to navigate and the functionality is still the same. Desktop/website also has a much better looking UI and better login system.
