In MA can load numbers and number of plays in keno app to track and see how each game did . In RI can only scan and see total winnings

I love the app. It lets you bet real money to win REAL MONEY!! I’ve downloaded a lot of apps thinking I can win actual money but it’s always coins. Although I wish they would put a slot style game that you can press the lever and stop the spinning and bet on how many lines you want, like the casino
Simply amazing
Just loving the convenience, the ability to play anytime right up to the drawing time and the convenience of d depositing money. My only question is how to delete activity purchases that are finished and is your winnings put into your account balance.

I can go in and check my tickets anytime with this app. I can check on the numbers what came up I can check past numbers. It’s a lot of fun to use.

Encountered error
Constantly says encountered error which is why I stopped playing for a while. Doesn’t matter the game and I have zero issues on any other app so it’s definitely this app.
Do not use the cash portion!
I have won multiple times and have attempted to withdraw my funds. I initially thought it was a glitch, but when I attempted several different days, I still got the error. I contacted IGT the payment processing company and for whatever reason, they can’t set up my account. So they can take a deposit no problem, but won’t allow me to withdraw. Seems like a scam to me! Additionally, the app is constantly crashing and I have to logout and log in to continue. Funny enough that when I’m on a winning streak on any particular game, after winning several times the game gets an “unexpected error “ and I have to play a different game or logout. For a state lottery site this app is sketchier than a random gambling app. I have lost a decent amount of winnings because of the inability to withdraw. Who can I contact regarding this issue? This is flat out scamming if I’m only able to deposit and not withdraw!

It’s a scam will let you put in money but not withdraw your winnings
It’s been a week and app won’t let me withdraw my winnings just lets me play and spend money of course but won’t let me enjoy my winnings!!!!

Besides the game freezing and giving you error codes for 10-20 mins everyday at least twice a day . The odds of winning anything is minimal and don’t be surprised to go over 50 spins to not even win wha you wager that game . Besides these two issues there’s a good assortment of games

Who’s doing the updates, a three year old! This app went from bad to worse.

I guess all instant games are stuck on something went wrong screen whenever they are about to payout big. This looks scam

They’re a big scam , I verified my identity and confirmed my debit and bank ach info , i deposited $20 and won $50 but wont let me withdraw. You’re better off getting scammed at twin river
Crashes Constantly
App crashes after 2 or 3 spins. Payouts are of course terrible. RI as a whole is corrupt and a SCAM. I say again, the app crashes constantly and you have to close and re-open/re-login after two spins. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It obviously doesn't go towards RI's infrastructure or schools based on how much of a dumpster fire this state is...

Glitch - Loyal customer for years!
The “international bingo” e-instant game took my $1 to play but then freezes loading! I’ve restarted the app, restarted my iPhone but it will NOT allow me to play any different games because it says I’m playing an unfinished game and then the app automatically tries to load it and it just hangs on the black screen WITH the world map. I have the newest iOS. I checked for app updates but there are no app updates and then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and STILL NOTHING! STILL HANGING & FREEZING on the loading page of “international bingo”! HELP!

Scanning tickets won’t work
Cannot scan lottery tickets since last update. I have IOS and my husband has Android Contacted support and they forwarded me to enter numbers manually. Isn’t the scan feature supposed to do that for you???? RI Lot no help at all !!
Absolutely Awful
The previous version seemed so much better. Navigation is difficult. It requires a new PIN every time you sign in sent to your email. Attempting to link bank account info puts you in a continuous loop. Keno is stripped down to $1 bet only. Based on the overall experience and functionality, I have little to no confidence in the security of the app.

The worst
This new app update is completely insane, I can’t log in what do ever. The last $1000 I’ve put into this hadn’t paid out. I’ve spent thousands on this app, and it’s just a real disappointment. Please do better RI lot. You guys have more money than you know what do do with. Fix this app please.
FAIL!!! Doesn’t deserve any stars
Unresponsive developer who can’t get anything right with this update. Do these clowns troubleshoot before launch? Issues encountered are not “bugs”; issues are stupid mistakes. Why launch an update that, since its inception, gives an error message when trying to use the “check my ticket” function? That’s a lack of testing. Why do you have to, according to the app, buy tickets for nightly drawings in the morning—stupidity and lack of attention to detail by developers. Rhode Islanders will understand—can you say “UHIP?”!

The ticket checker issue should now be resolved, but please note that you can only check tickets during business hours: Monday through Saturday 5:00 a.m. to 1:15 a.m. and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 1:15 a.m..
