The app ruined my sign
I downloaded this app to program a marquee sign that I bought off of EBay. The sign was working and would display the default message. I tried to program my own message using the app and it now displays either two horizontal bars or scrolls what looks like the hotspot or controller version. The sign is now ruined.

For every thing i press on the app it says password is wrong. I put in correct password and it says it’s wrong???? Worse thing ever

Little confusing at first but that’s only because I live in the USA but other than that it was easy, only took an hour to figure out the app and now I understand it! It’s extremely bright and works great! Will recommend to anyone else who wants this!!
Password reset
It’s difficult to reset the password, the explanation is not clear , I tried for hours doing what the instructions say but can’t rest the password till now
