Bad App & Sneaky Subscription

Absolutely awful experience. I tried the app once during the free trial, immediately decided it wasn’t worth using and never opened it again. A week later, I was charged for a $60 yearly subscription. I appealed the charge and it was denied and when I appealed, denied again. I received no value from the app but apparently their business model relies on people forgetting to cancel and get stuck with a $60 bill. That should tell you everything you need to know. The app is forgettable but their billing practices are not. Save yourself the headache or cancel the free trial immediately when you realize ChatGPT is a better trip planner.

Strong concept, wonky execution

This is such a cool concept and would be very useful! The mapping works but the search, reels, and infinite scrolling doesn’t. Once bugs are worked out, it’d be killer.

When searching, the screen is white against transparent buttons making it hard to see anything.

Once search happens, it correctly pulls reels about the city, but many don’t load. Once you have one that loads, you can’t scroll and remain on that city. It start to randomize it. For example, search NYC, one reel later you’re in Japan. That’s not helpful.

Being able to search niche topics like “nightlife in London” would help a lot, too.

Other than that, if working and enhanced this is an easy $50/year purchase. Good luck!

The AI planner is terrible!!!!!

I don’t understand how people like this app. I’ve tried planning a road trip and no matter what prompts I use, the AI planner gets it wrong every single time. I’d rather use Claude or ChatGPT. This app is a waste of time!

Don’t Download

Tried to cancel and was still charged for free trial. Awful/no customer service - honestly do not even download or try. You get more info off google or social media posts. Terrible experience!!

Habe die App durch Insta-Werbung geladen. Wollt einen Trip für die Ardeche planen, hat mir dinge in der Bretagne vorgeschlagen. Verschwendet keinen Gedanken an diese nutzlose App, sie verdient nur Geld über vergessene Probeabos.

Might as well use google.

Personally don’t like this app because everything isn’t user friendly. I was trying to plan a 16 day trip in Spain and all it gave me was beaches. No personal food to try, no museums, no personality questions, nothing. It’s so basic that it was a waste of money to spend the 4 dollars for a 30 day subscription. I think it’s a good idea, but this app is not executed well.

Super buggy

Tried to create a trip and it kept changing the dates of the hotels and the trip. I deleted and started over twice and it kept changing the dates. Love the concept and it was super easy to share reels and TikToks which I loved, but when I tried to plan a trip, it got too frustrating and wasn’t worth the headache.
