Horrible Customer Service/Great Product
Never received my original order, reached out to customer service numerous times, never received a call back, only the auto generated email response that states someone will response within 48/72 hours but it never happened. The customer service is absolutely horrible and I have yet to receive my first order or have my funds returned. However I have received my second subscription and the products are amazing

It’s been a month since I’ve ordered and paid in full for my package and I still haven’t gotten anything yet or even heard anything about my package.

I dislike rich and clear services. I order some stuff March 1st and is March 15 and my items are still pending but they were quick to take my money from my bank account. Will not be ordering from here ever again. This service is the worst

I can’t log back into my account from which I ordered from them, I haven’t receive my order from a months ago, I can’t get a refund cause I can’t get into the account anymore either. SCAM🗣️DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY‼️
