Horrible Customer Service/Great Product
Never received my original order, reached out to customer service numerous times, never received a call back, only the auto generated email response that states someone will response within 48/72 hours but it never happened. The customer service is absolutely horrible and I have yet to receive my first order or have my funds returned. However I have received my second subscription and the products are amazing

It’s been a month since I’ve ordered and paid in full for my package and I still haven’t gotten anything yet or even heard anything about my package.

I dislike rich and clear services. I order some stuff March 1st and is March 15 and my items are still pending but they were quick to take my money from my bank account. Will not be ordering from here ever again. This service is the worst

Horrible process/customer service
I have placed an order and it has been a month and my order still hasn’t been filled and even shipped out, I reached out by email multiple times with no response. I just want my order that I payed for.

Horrible Service
I ordered a bundle package back in September. The hurricane happened, which is understandable. So, I was I was told it will be a delay on my order. Cool! Next, I received a automatic cancellation for my order. Ok, fine. But I never received a refund for my order that rich and clear cancelled. I emailed them. Someone responded and when I asked about my refund and gave them verification of my order on December 20th. I did a follow up because I haven’t heard back or received a refund and when I went to email the same person. The email no longer existed. DO NOT BUY! Horrible customer service. I can’t even get my money back that THEY cancelled a order to. Sad!

Horrible communication
I order from their site almost a week ago . Never receive a confirmation of the order to my email . I’ve have contacted them on Instagram, sent emails , and have called their location . I still have not gotten a response and have no idea when my order will be shipped . They have no issues taking my money !! Not sure if I would ever order from this company again after this.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered during the pandemic and I thought because it was the pandemic orders were a little slow 2 years later it’s going. On 4 weeks I’ve ordered and no tracking number, no package, no communication NOTHING. These people are anything but a SCAM

Scamming company!
I’ve ordered with this company almost 2 months ago, sent several emails to support and customer service and have yet to receive a response or my items. I do NOT recommend this company. Please take your business elsewhere do not risk your money here.

I purchased the Rich and Clear Kit package two and a half weeks ago and I still have not received it. I emailed customer service to check for my tracking information. They informed me that because of the many orders they had not shipped mines out. I was not giving a timeframe nor any more information regarding my purchase!
