Won’t send a code
The game is fine and all but it says it’d send about 1.99 to your App Store for games and stuff , I just needed to put my number and take a pic, it’d send a code to my number and whatnot but when I put my phone number, it doesn’t send the code. I’ve tried multiple times, it doesn’t go through. Not one time has it worked and I don’t know why, so they need to fix that unless it doesn’t really give you it and it’s fake

Scam?!
Have completed several offers worth more than 50gbp and was never paid. Contacted support many times no response. Developer responds asking me to contact support. NO RESPONSE.

I definitely would not download this app they used to pay out. I’ve tried to contact them for months several times through emails still nothing. I’ve earned up to 100 and they’re avoiding my emails. No response is a response obviously if I could give them zero stars I definitely would.
Takes Forever to Pay Out
I have been waiting for my payout for over a month. I have sent several help requests and have gotten no response. It takes a lot of work to earn over a million points. I would really like my payout. In reply to the developer response- I have contacted the help center 3 times with no response or payout.

Scam
I updated the app and it reset my daily check in back to day 1. I did what it said to do to reach the next checkpoint, the bar is not moving and it is still telling me to make a $6.99 purchase. I have made multiple purchases and nothing is happening. The balance is telling me it’s pending.

I played my first game. Reached all checkpoints for $39 then game stopped tracking? Reached out to support 6 times (game support+Lucas) generic message said to send in screenshots of gameplay and checkpoints, sent in required information then i got crickets… Today 18 days since install still no reply. Started new game reached checkpoints, attempted withdrawal to paypal for $50 and have been notified that due to high demand my “review is taking longer than normal and patience would be Appreciated. 😩

This is an Easy Fun App. Surveys pay pretty good. Check it out. Only gripe is the promo add said you get 5 bucks to play 2 games for 10 min but they only offered me $1 for it.

Rewards don’t come
I really liked this app. Until I cashed out the last time and now have been waiting 11 days and still yet to see my reward. I have officially stopped playing on this app completely.

Not happening. Can’t even get back to where I was supposed to play the second game. I guess if you get to the checkpoints and pay to play it may work. This is a free game followed by a pay game.

I have played games. I’ve gotten to the finally getting the $60 gift card for PayPal and then they disappeared. They don’t answer my payment has been reviewed and of course they want you to spend more money just to even get your PayPal. Do not do this game

I am a disabled old man and needed to try and get a little extra money. The Richie Games app seemed legit even though it requires at least 5 in game purchases to withdraw any amount earned. I spent $35.00 and requested $150.00 of the $275.00 credit earned the first of March. Today is June 14, 2026 and I have not received anything in my PayPal account or any explanation why the payment was not made! Avoid this Scam app!!!

Horrible App
It’s been almost THREE MONTHS since I cashed out a $50 Amazon gift card.. it’s still in review.. I’ve emailed them NUMEROUS times haven’t gotten ONE response! Also tried to contact them through the App Store and there’s literally no way too. They scam you and waste your time… how is this even allowed to be an app? I almost had enough for another $50 gift card but I wouldn’t waste my time on this app.
Unless you like to waste your time wait months to NOT even get a gift card, not get Any type of response from customer service, then this is the app for you!
There are much better apps out there that actually pay out and have actual customer service support.
Also people need to STOP raising 5 stars “just so it’s seen” if someone really cares about reviews they will look at 1 star reviews all you’re doing is helping this app out and it has a great app star rating meanwhile there’s TONS of us who haven’t gotten our payouts after months it’s not just me.

Where is my payout?!?!?
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I am so upset with this app, and hope that someone from Richie Games sees this as my numerous emails have been ignored. Back in March, I cashed out $125. It is now June and I still haven’t received anything! No one will give me a status report. Is this a lost cause?

Fun but fake!
I finally made it to the 50$ mark and did everything I needed to do to get my reward and nothing! They said 5 business days to process items review. It’s been over a month now!

Fraud- don’t waste time
Earned enough to cash in $50 paypal card. That was 5/11/2026. Since then I have made at least 6 attempts via email to get an update or timeline. Never once have i received response, payment, or any type of explanation from any sort of representative. Can’t even get a damn Ai chatbot. Fraud and false advertisement on both Richie and apple in a way for allowing such fraud to continue. Shame.
