Frustrated
I love the app and it’s easy to use does have a few things that need fixing but in all it’s a good app.And I’ve cashed out with it in the past but this time around I can’t get any help to my emails I’ve sent about cashing out they sent me a ticket saying under review give them 5 days well it’s been two weeks and nothing and I’ve emailed several times with no response so I’d like to keep using the app but not till this is resolved

Terrible support
I had a problem with the game showing my device was with another user which I got the device 10 years ago brand new. I emailed Richie games help with a screenshot 3 times and no one ever got back to me. Avoid this game
No payout??!
Ok so it let me cash out the first time and I even earned bonus apple gift cards but when it came time to cash out the second time it was a bigger payout and it’s been saying my payout has been in review for the past 4 months almost. I still login when I’m bored but then I get irritated all over again because I’ve been waiting for that payout forever. I’ve emailed- a couple of times to see what was going on and haven’t got an answer yet? Maybe the review will help a little- idk.

Takes Forever to Pay Out
I have been waiting for my payout for over a month. I have sent several help requests and have gotten no response. It takes a lot of work to earn over a million points. I would really like my payout. In reply to the developer response- I have contacted the help center 3 times with no response or payout.

I’ve given this five stars because my last review was seemingly deleted for calling out richie games on their fraudulent behavior and giving 1 star.
I have emailed you all multiple times over this matter and you all have chosen not to respond.
I still have not received the money I earned, and my attempts to resolve this directly with Richie Games have gone nowhere. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and reported my experience to Apple. If this remains unresolved, I will be escalating the matter to the appropriate consumer-protection and law-enforcement agencies. I have retained screenshots, receipts, correspondence, and documentation of my payout as evidence. I strongly recommend that anyone considering spending money through this app exercise caution.

Scam no 50$ payout
My 50$ redemption has been sitting in review for about three months
STILL NOT PAID!
Once you earn 625,000 coins on the Richie Games App, they can be redeemed for $50 to your PayPal account, or so they claim. I submitted my request for this payment, the 625,000 coins were deducted, and my payment request has been “in review” since July 11th 2026. Today is August 5th 2026 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT. I have emailed support asking about it and there has been ZERO RESPONSE.
I spent a good bit of my own money purchasing in-app items and many hours playing games to earn this payout. Looks like I’ve been played.

No answers
My games disappeared from my homepage after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app in an attempt to see if the rewards I earned would finally be credited. Customer service has not responded to any of my emails since July 22—they only send messages asking me to rate support I never actually received. In short, there is no real support, nothing gets resolved, and now my games—and the rewards I earned for completing special tasks—are apparently gone.
I’ve tried everything I can, but I haven’t found any way to restore them. The “new” version of the app simply opens and asks me to choose two games from a limited list of options, and that’s it. I selected one I like, but the second was difficult to choose because none of the options appealed to me.
At this point, I have to ask: where is the customer service, and how can this issue be properly addressed?

Rewards not paid!
This game is very fun to play, and fun to work toward goals BUT, I have been waiting 3 months for my reward. I have repeatedly emailed customer support with no response. Very disappointing.

Only leaving a 5 star so maybe this will be seen. I have cashed out twice with this app. Once for 50 and once for 80. Both times there were no issues. However, I finally got enough to cash out a hundred and they keep saying it’s “under review”. It’s been saying that for months! I’ve sent numerous emails and have not received a reply back yet. Only email I have received from them is asking me to leave a review. I did think the app was legit. Now I’m not so sure.

Doesn’t payout
I see a lot of recent reviews of no payouts and I have to add that is my current situation as well. I put in a request for $100 in early June and it’s now late July. Multiple emails to customer support has gone unanswered. There are a lot of these apps, read the reviews and stick to those that actually pay their users.
