App is alright
App is easy to use but every time I try to link my library card, it will not let me even link it even when I’m entering the correct card number and pin.

Room for improvement
Having an app for the library is great. It could be more user friendly, tho.
I would love to be able to click on the top icons in my account and see the info available there, such as what books I have checked out and on hold. There’s an image that shows how many, but would make sense that it could be clicked on to then get more info. You can scroll down and get that info in separate links, but ease of use would be to have it on the image.
Also, and more importantly…you can’t see how long you have for your holds to be picked up. I spoke with the front desk at the library and I was just told to use my email for that information. It would be super helpful to have that on the app in my account so that I have all the information in one spot. Would love to be able to click on my holds and have a date in there that says, held through ( insert date here). If that info is there, I can’t find it anywhere.
