Great App for the Family

This app is very useful if you have a family of 2+. I have all my children’s cards plus my wife’s cards on the app and I can pay late fees, extend borrowing times, and put media on hold. I can work in an out of either account; this is so useful when one of my children forgets their card.

So good

I love using the app. I do curbside pickup and it is life changing. I only wish you could search a little easier on the app. I want to search within children’s/juvenile books specifically sometimes. Occasionally books won’t show up that I feel certain are there.

Can’t find books

It was all okay, till I wasn’t able to find books anymore. I typed the name of the books in search but it always tells me β€œno matching results”. I tried it even for books I checked out prior to make sure

Barcode no longer works

Since the new iPhone came out, the barcode for my card is no longer scannable by the machines when checking out books. I have to type in my library card number every single time or carry my card again. Please fix it.
