Great App for the Family
This app is very useful if you have a family of 2+. I have all my children’s cards plus my wife’s cards on the app and I can pay late fees, extend borrowing times, and put media on hold. I can work in an out of either account; this is so useful when one of my children forgets their card.

I love using the app. I do curbside pickup and it is life changing. I only wish you could search a little easier on the app. I want to search within children’s/juvenile books specifically sometimes. Occasionally books won’t show up that I feel certain are there.
Can’t find books
It was all okay, till I wasn’t able to find books anymore. I typed the name of the books in search but it always tells me “no matching results”. I tried it even for books I checked out prior to make sure
Barcode no longer works
Since the new iPhone came out, the barcode for my card is no longer scannable by the machines when checking out books. I have to type in my library card number every single time or carry my card again. Please fix it.

Why curbside pickup is the best
Parking is often an issue at this location so having the curbside option makes pickup a breeze.

Time waste
My Libro takes so long to load books. I have to press the “Hold” buttons multiple times in order for it to work. Putting 2 books on hold takes me approximately 30 minutes. Please upgrade this app so it’s more efficient.
Slow and Broken Functionality
When using the search functionality, it is incredibly slow even if you’re searching by Title. When submitting a hold, sometimes it fails and you get an error so you have to try again. Adding books to a wishlist sometimes trigger an error so I try again and even if it works, they disappear after next log in. My library encourages its use but I find jt time consuming to use.

Great app
This is the best library app to get because you can see all the new and cool stuff your local library is doing. I also love how you can checkout, renew, and hold books. You have to go in to your local library obviously to return the book but I hope you can enjoy this app as much as I do.

It is so very convenient. I find, order and pick up at my closest branch. I also listen to audio books. I can see everything available at all 10 Gaston County Library branches. It is all free. 👍🏻😊
Better than website
I have been having frequent issues accessing our public library’s website. The app so far has been good, except that the wishlist feature doesn’t work, even when I add books to my existing(created via web) list, it doesn’t update. So I created a new list using the app, yet same issue. Hope someone looks into it. If there’s a chat support or something of the sort to share feedback it would be great.

Love the app!
Makes it very convenient to look up and put books on hold for pick up. My only wish is that there was a wish list of sorts for books that you want to to borrow at a future date (I’ve had a few times where it’s not feasible to borrow a book but don’t want to forget about it so I have screenshots in my phone lol)

The search stopped working for me
Search doesn't return any results at all, so I cannot put a hold from the app. It worked well in the past
