Transferring glitches all the time
When I go to make a transfer 90% of the time it glitches out and the screen goes white. It’s usually after selecting the “to” or “from” account. Please fix this bug. Otherwise the app is pretty good.

As banking apps go Richwood is still lagging behind, having to constantly confirm my identity even with Face ID is silly. And now all of the sudden my password (the correct one) doesn’t work and when I click on forget password it says I’m not connected to the internet (I am).
Also can we make it easier to set up transferring from different banks PLEASE!!!

Not horrible
App does pretty much everything I need it to; however, I am constantly having to re-verify my identity in this app, which is annoying, and it seems to just randomly decide it’s a Monday and not want to work.
Update has been horrible
The updated app is not user friendly.

After a big problem with my money being transferred without my approval and a few transfers I did not make in unrecognizable amounts(under a dollar). I was done with Richwood until things were fixed. However, things have changed and changed foe the better. The transfers are working perfectly now, no problems from them, and I’ve had my paychecks go back to Richwood. All of this was through the app but one thing is bugging me, the available balance and current balance shown. Is there any possible way to take out the current balance and only show the available balance? I’ve had a few scares because I thought I was going over budget. I watch my money like a hawk more than ever now and I always get duped into thinking I had more or less than what I actually should. That’s because the current balance is bolder and larger than the fine print size available balance in comparison to the current balance. It doesn’t make sense to me at least. Or, if possible, allow us to toggle the current balance on and off. Similar to how we can do a quick balance check without logging in, same concept. It really is getting me confused and then I can’t understand where I have extra money from. Besides that one thing, so far I haven’t had any complaints and it took them a few years for this to happen. Other banks took them a few months to make me want to jump ship. Mistakes happen and all is forgiven.

App is very slow since last update. It won’t allow internal transfers. Just says error.

An upset person
To sign in it tried to make me answer security questions that I hadn’t put answers in for.And when I got to the question that I did have an answer for it said that I was wrong. I think I’d know my own moms name! Other than the sign in problems everything in the app is great!

I have Touch ID set up through the app but there’s a day or two where the app will say I have to log in with my username and password to set up Touch ID. It’s already set up though and has always been set up, the only times I’ve ever had to reset it was after an update but even now there isn’t a recent update and I’ve had to set it up twice in the last month. This isn’t a big deal but come on

Great app for banking and great costumer service
When I first got the app I had the problem of using the deposit because the option wasn’t there. Afterwards I started getting worried so I contacted the costumer service number and they fixed the problem right away. Thank you for the service!
Good app but needs two things!!
I like this app but it needs a couple things to be a great app. One is an easier access like my other banking apps I have. A quick pin login or something. That would be great! Two an automatic check register page. The transaction page can stay the same that fine. But I want a checking register to automatically keep in order the debit card swipes and keep my running balance. Obviously it has to be able to be edited manually by me as well because of gas station and restaurant preauthorizations, checks that I write and so forth. But if there a checking register page that automatically shows everything I do I will be able to better keep track of everything. I hate hand written check registers!
