Jamf push app
Hello, if the customer have 1000 iPad to install app, uses Jamf or MDM to push this app to iOS devices, is it possible to fill in those field required in Print Server setting with script, such as server address, domain name, user name etc.rather than manually type it.
Doesn’t work properly
- Selecting file to print from device’s file system is not working
- Google Drive integration is not working (“request had insufficient authentication scopes” error)
- Printing from clipboard is not working (doesn’t detect pdf file in clipboard)
Overall very bad experience.

Couldn't print simple pdf from iPhone
I tried printing a six page pdf from my iPhone. The printer couldn't be detected through AirPrint so I downloaded the app in hopes of getting what I needed. It only printed the first two pages of a six page document.
Double sided printing
Works pretty well but only appears to offer top-edge double-sided printing which is perhaps the less usual requirement. Long-edged duplex would be a great addition.

Worthless app
Just like everyone else said. A waste of time to download and try to use. Doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize the printer. Tried the QR code, Bluetooth, and IP address to connect to the printer.

OSアップデートの不具合？
これまで問題なく使用できていたのが、最近iOS18.3.1にアップデートしたら「接続できません」のエラーが出ました。
アプリの再インストール、再接続しても印刷できませんでした。本体の電源は入っており、PCからの印刷はできる状態です。
改善してほしいです。

iOS18.2.1での不具合
iPadで利用しています。これまで便利に使っていたのですが、
先日iOS18.2.1にしてから、メモアプリやadobereaderなどから共有ボタンでかんたん入出力に送信しての印刷ができなくなった。
具体的には、共有すると該当のファイルが開かれるが、本来画面下にあるはずの「印刷」「送信」などのボタンがでず真っ白になっているため以降の操作ができない。なお画面表示は縦向けでも横向けでもボタンはない。
かんたん入出力の「アルバム」ボタンから写真を印刷することはできる。
仕事で使っているので早急に改善されてほしい。

La version sur IPAD permet à nouveau l’accès à l’imprimante en réseau ; mais en n’affichant pas les options d’impression, ça la rend inopérante. Pour info, ce problème n’existe pas sur la même version pour l’IPHONE. Des tests ne permettraient-ils pas de le constater avant publication ? Merci du suivi.
