Use the desktop version instead
Really bad app, half the features do not work like the desk layout and the app glitches and crashes alot so it’s hard to do anything on it.
Wish all offices had this
Being able to book a desk in advance is super helpful, you can see how busy the office is going to be on specific days and being someone who has turned up to an office in the past where there have been no desks available, this is a game changer and saves huge amounts of time. The iot integration is great too, being able to check the temperature of the office and meeting rooms is a big plus.

Awful app - slow and laggy
For a very simple concept it takes ages to load and is very unresponsive.

Wish I could give this 0 star. It takes a long time to load (sometimes minutes), even longer to show a floor map (often after a crash) and although it tends to register taps on desks it takes no action and just zooms out of the floor 5 times before reserving. Very, very frustrating.
Connectivity
Very poor connectivity, will not allow you to book a desk remotely. Constantly having to reload the App and takes an age to bring up all available options.

Absolutely fantastic piece of software which is really streamlined our business. Both desk booking and meeting room booking works seamlessly with 0365. Couldn’t recommend this product enough.. reporting is superior and gives lots of detail and has helped our company and making serious business decisions. Well done, Ricoh.

This app is extremely slow to load a list of desks and is unbelievably frustrating to use. It never remembers what floor I want, what zones I book. It constantly times out. What is so hard about an office with 300 desks? That’s no data at all, why is it so slow to load??? What is it doing? Why can’t I replace what desk I’ve booked with another? Why does it book me a mile away from where I’ve booked before? Argh this app

Much better than v1
Moving from v1 to v2, the performance has improved significantly and the app is much easier. There are still some slow periods but they’re not as bad as before

We recently moved to this app for hybrid working purposes, and I am really disappointed in its usability. It’s very slow, often not even loading in my phone. While the web version is not at all intuitive and does not make it clear how to book rooms, nor does it have a reasonable calendar view.
The app often also forgets my booking or simply ‘black screens’ once I think I’ve booked… I’d also say that the 5 star reviews are of the same style and tone and are most likely fake.
I would not recommend this system / platform at all in its current form. Very poor.

Absolutely terrible
Not only is the app awful, the 5* reviews are very clearly fake.
The app would not allow me to change my location so I was not even able to book a desk. Totally pointless.
It is such a faff to book desks as is, a working app would have been really useful.

A terrible update
What have you done to what was a full functioning app! One star is too good for a now unusable app!!
Floor filtering removed so I can’t now book my zoned area.
No quick booking, there seems to be an issue but with no error code.
Customer services have suggested I delete and reinstall. I’m willing to give it a go as it can’t be any worse than the current functionality which is completely useless!

Booked desk deleted twice
All my desk bookings deleted twice since upgraded v2, very confusing and complicated desk booking system i have ever seen and used. I don't see any difference between v1 and v2.
Since upgraded to v2, all my desk bookings lost twice and zone stopped working, then i was forced to upgrade and rebook and I upgraded to v2 and i rebooked a desk for 2 months in advance a week ago, yesterday received another email saying something happened to my desk bookings and i have to rebook again. Is this some kind of joke? Not happy at all with all of this incidents and the look and the feel of using this app, i lost trust in using this app, app UI is very poor and very confusing and ricoh website is worst than their mobile app ! Totally waste of money and time and not recommended.

Rubbish
The app asks you to create a pin but it doesn’t say how many numbers are required for this PIN number you need to create. Also it’s doesn’t give you the full keyboard (only a number keyboard comes up) so you can type in + for the code for your telephone number because I need to type in +44. Due to the fact I can’t do that I haven’t typed in a valid mobile number! Basically I can’t even sign in to use the app!
