Frustrating
Bad QR codes
Response from developer
Sorry your ticket wouldn't scan. That's frustrating, especially twice. We took your review seriously and tested scanning on several devices over the weekend, but couldn't recreate the issue. On iPhone, a few things usually sort it: turn brightness up to maximum, wipe the screen, and hold the phone flat and steady with the QR code facing the bottom of the green reader. If you don't see the green tick straight away, slowly move the phone slightly closer or further away until it reads.

Thanks for your feedback! We’re actively reviewing how we can incorporate NET and train live updates in the Ride app. If you notice anything else, please share it via Account → Help us to improve.
Live Tracking is Fake
Response from developer
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While Ride does track in real-time, your feedback has highlighted an issue when deviated routes are being used. We will look into this as a matter of urgency and will update you via our blog (transportnottingham.com) on options and our approach to resolving this matter. Thank you for your feedback!
Getting better all the time
I live in Derby and work in Nottingham and this app along with the eventual joined up ticketing is going to be a game changer.
