Relatively easy…

Booking through the app definitely beats booking by phone! It can be glitchy, though, which can be frustrating. Worth using, however, for its convenience.

Why can’t my fob log me in? Without using the app

The system of having to book the gym just to get in, is a pretty backwards system. Most places we just turn up it logs us in with the key fob.
