Ride eway has really bad function that customer have to charge the wallet between 10$-20$ if current balance is below the $10.
Even though current balance is 8.9$-9.9$, the wallet should be charged up to 20$ again! Otherwise, customer cannot use that rest of balance. That is so stupid.

Missouri State University has requested our customers not ride on their property due to their contract with Bird. Hopefully in the near future this will change. As far as the geo-fenced area we are under a 30 probationary period with the City of Springfield, when that is over we can expand our range. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
