Safe and sound

I have been using Springfield yellow cab for almost two years now. I have never had a bad experience. Pricing within the app has been aggravating at times over the last year but it’s a small thing when some of the drivers have given me so many reasons to laugh and always get me to my destination safely!!! Honestly not worth it

Few dollars cheaper then calling a Lyft ; but I have only had ONE good driver and I take a cab every day to work, I won’t again after today! I pre ordered my cab the night before and they showed up 20 minutes BEFORE I ordered it and sat outside HONKING at 7am!!!!! They do everything to try to get extra money sense you pay by the mile my drivers don’t follow the gps they try to go the “ long way” it’s just NOT in! Will definitely be switching back to Ubers and Lyfts not worth the few dollars difference!
