Fix the lag or bug
When I open the app and it takes little awhile to me to request a ride and it was like freeze the continue then not freeze the continue please fix it whatever what causing it
Extremely inconsistent
The app ride time is always 60+, but sometimes it goes down to 45 to 60 minute wait, then another 60+ wait.
Today, my issues with the app stemmed from them constantly bombarding me with messages of “your ride has cancelled and we’re reassigning you to the queue” to “thank you for choosing Freebee” when I didn’t get to confirm it in the app before they sent me back to the queue.
I turned off the app and waited for it to change, but it kept spamming me with these notifications.
Awful service. Awful wait times. Awful customer service considering they most likely don’t see these reviews to consider fixing the app.

Sucks
I wanted to like this service but it really sucks, inaccurate times, slow drivers, cancellations… it’s very irritating when people have things to do.
This app sucks
This app is meant to be something convenient not great not even good. It’s just meant to be convenient, but even at the best of times it is not even that. If I order a ride at 5 o’clock and you tell me 10 to 15 minutes and there’s only one person ahead of me then that means I go next I’m not making up any rules here. That’s just how it is so when I get the next in line notification and then I immediately see that you add four more stops ahead of me and now my wait time has jumped from 10 to 15 minutes. Now it says 15 to 25, which isn’t even true because I ordered this right at 5 PM. It’s now 6:10. I just got another next in line notification and they add another stop ahead of me and now I have to wait till 25 to 35 minutes. How in the world does that make any sense? How in the world is that convenient and the answer is it’s not this is the worst app I’ve ever used go use Uber. Go use Lyft. Go use the wait and save literally use anything else, but this it sucks

Rider Review & Suggestion
Riding is a very pleasant experience, the cars are kept very clean and the drivers are very kind. My suggestion to help both riders and drivers is to add a note or priority feature that helps let the driver know how urgently they need to be from one place to another.
Dont bother.
They cancel rides and give completely wrong estimates. It will tell you 15 minutes to arrive when in reality you will be waiting 45 min
Ride not Guaranteed
I order a Ride 1hr in advanced and was fully dressed by the time i was next in line for a pick up the driver cancelled and i was giving another driver which i was next in line for that one but now all of a sudden i was push back to 60+wait time so i had to cancel i need to go to work. So guys no point of requesting in advance when a driver is not guaranteed

Joke of a service
Their service in central Florida is an abomination. Rides take hours to arrive. They canceled the bus system and replaced it with this garbage.
Terribly long & asinine wait time for a mediocre ride
Takes forever for them to even authenticate your request, and then you gotta wait 50 million years for a driver to come in, but even then, you still have to wait around an extra hour just to get dropped off at your location. & that’s not going into the other riders either.
Completely unreliable
Everytime I use this app, it gives incorrect ETA for pick up. Sometimes in the middle of someone arriving, the driver switches and the ETA becomes longer.
Wait time is shady and horrible.
The availability of drivers in your area needs to be public before you make a ride order.
Terrible communication
The app is ideal in theory but lacks actual features. How do I know if the ride I requested is confirmed and what time more a less would I be able to get a ride or who would be my driver what car to look for. This app only asks for location confirming location and that’s it nothing else that shows that the app is a functioning app. It is extremely extremely extremely frustrating! Oh and don’t click anything or it will delete your location 🤦🏻♀️

Pool doesn’t show full ride on a map
This device is great, however today I had a ride that was a pool, therefore shared wot another person. Te app fails to provide visibility on the full ride. As a user for safety reasons I need to view if the driver is following proper route and when my destination overlaps with the other rider
The drivers pick and choose
I’ve had this happen to me on multiple times waiting for a ride to never come. waiting 1 hour plus I’m in a queue of 4-6 people, I wait 30 mins, I get put to the back of the queue and now I’m waiting 60+ mins and now there’s more then 7 people and, they keep telling me to stay there almost there but they never come I believe this only happens in aventura cus in south beach there’s still a wait time but it’s actually reliable and I can count on it but whenever I get a Freebee in aventura it takes way too long and it feels like they ignore me I asked this guy are u coming in 30 mins if not I will just walk instead I can make it but please tell me now I’m going to my Mother’s Day party and I was late for it because the guy said wait I’m coming to you right now and he intentionally missed two turns that he could’ve turned to get me I’m never using Freebee in aventura again also I’m flipping the bird to every Freebee I see in aventura cus this is unacceptable behavior for government workers in aventura the city of greatness like this is where my tax dollars go, FORGET YOU PEOPLE MAN!!!!!

Completely unreliable
Sanford takes away buses that were affordable and on a schedule so we can pay A LOT more money, have to wait two hours for a ride, and then never know how long our ride will be to our destination, in my case, work? Tell me how any of this makes sense or I can schedule my day accordingly without either being extremely late for work or hours early for work. It’s completely unreasonable, unreliable, and a MESS!

How can an app called freebee not be free
I ve used freebee for two summers but this summer the rides are no longer free. Why call freebee then! I loved the open carts before but it’s not worth the time and effort anymore
Make sure you order ride 1 hour in advance
App doesn’t work properly it only gives you three attempts to cancel and when you are waiting for a driver it changes number of Stops. If this is Public funded with Private funding it should be improved because tax dollars aren’t being spent correctly.
Horrible in poor communities

If you have two hours to sit outside a train station use this app
Every time I use the app no matter what I’m waiting an hour plus for a driver. I booked a ride at 1:15 it’s now 2:00 and it took me from a 60 plus minute wait to two drivers with over a 120 plus minute wait time. And all this to cancel the busses?? At least with the busses you know when it’s coming you know where the stop is. You can actually get someone where on time with the busses on this app you might as well bring a sleeping bag and tent bc you’ll be there for a while.
