They are terrible in opa locka ! They drivers have road rage, their nosy always in someone’s business! I don’t not recommend this app! If you’re in opa locka don’t get in a car with Barbara she’s disrespectful & has terrible road rage she makes a lot of her drivers feel uncomfortable!
I also don’t recommend dingo! He’s rude , disrespectful and is always in someone’s personal business they both made me delete the app because their character & vibes are so weird & unappealing opa locka needs new freebee drivers

Timing
Yes it’s convenient but the timing on the rides is ridiculous. You wait over 2 hours just to get a ride. You can’t even change your driver in case the one you have is too far. And on top of that they take their sweet time to arrive to your destination. You order it ahead of time because the wait times are crazy and somehow you end up having to cancel because you’re not close enough to take the ride. And I don’t mind pooling a ride but if I was picked up first I should be dropped off first. Why are we taking the person that wasn’t even in the car when I got in to their destination before I get dropped off to mine?

Disappointed
I’ve been taking this since the beginning, it was pretty fast for like 2 months then after that the ETA is 3 hours, 3 HOURS for the wait
Time and now they want to charge like uber now by September 1st, i love Freebee and the drivers but im so mad right now and sad, this app it’s literally ruined 🥺💔 if you guys keep doing this to this app and people it’s going to fail and it’ll downgrade very bad, you guys can do better than that and you know that!

Free with a cost
I was heading up to a job interview requested the ride at. 2 pm for a posible 10-15 ride. Needed to be at my interview 3 pm. It is 3.15 pm and the past 1.5 hrs the app read rider will be there in 3 minutes, 1 minute. I think 1 minute in what country? Because it has been 45 at least with the same message. Like the free ride and all but do not ask for it if you need to be somewhere at a certain time.

Freebee ride service poorly set up in Homestead, Fl
Whenever the Homestead service area opens for Freebee, all the Freebee drivers start in the same corner of Homestead, so it takes at least 1.5 hours for any Freebee drivers to reach the area near the Homestead hospital because of Freebee app’s algorithm. And you have to request a Freebee ride at least 2 hours in advance of the zone closing if you want to get picked up near the hospital or the Freebee ride request will get canceled.

DOESNT WORK
I download the app and it won’t even work, it just freezes and won’t let me get past the login screen.
Fix the lag or bug
When I open the app and it takes little awhile to me to request a ride and it was like freeze the continue then not freeze the continue please fix it whatever what causing it
Extremely inconsistent
The app ride time is always 60+, but sometimes it goes down to 45 to 60 minute wait, then another 60+ wait.
Today, my issues with the app stemmed from them constantly bombarding me with messages of “your ride has cancelled and we’re reassigning you to the queue” to “thank you for choosing Freebee” when I didn’t get to confirm it in the app before they sent me back to the queue.
I turned off the app and waited for it to change, but it kept spamming me with these notifications.
Awful service. Awful wait times. Awful customer service considering they most likely don’t see these reviews to consider fixing the app.

Sucks
I wanted to like this service but it really sucks, inaccurate times, slow drivers, cancellations… it’s very irritating when people have things to do.
This app sucks
This app is meant to be something convenient not great not even good. It’s just meant to be convenient, but even at the best of times it is not even that. If I order a ride at 5 o’clock and you tell me 10 to 15 minutes and there’s only one person ahead of me then that means I go next I’m not making up any rules here. That’s just how it is so when I get the next in line notification and then I immediately see that you add four more stops ahead of me and now my wait time has jumped from 10 to 15 minutes. Now it says 15 to 25, which isn’t even true because I ordered this right at 5 PM. It’s now 6:10. I just got another next in line notification and they add another stop ahead of me and now I have to wait till 25 to 35 minutes. How in the world does that make any sense? How in the world is that convenient and the answer is it’s not this is the worst app I’ve ever used go use Uber. Go use Lyft. Go use the wait and save literally use anything else, but this it sucks

Rider Review & Suggestion
Riding is a very pleasant experience, the cars are kept very clean and the drivers are very kind. My suggestion to help both riders and drivers is to add a note or priority feature that helps let the driver know how urgently they need to be from one place to another.
Dont bother.
They cancel rides and give completely wrong estimates. It will tell you 15 minutes to arrive when in reality you will be waiting 45 min
Ride not Guaranteed
I order a Ride 1hr in advanced and was fully dressed by the time i was next in line for a pick up the driver cancelled and i was giving another driver which i was next in line for that one but now all of a sudden i was push back to 60+wait time so i had to cancel i need to go to work. So guys no point of requesting in advance when a driver is not guaranteed

Joke of a service
Their service in central Florida is an abomination. Rides take hours to arrive. They canceled the bus system and replaced it with this garbage.
Terribly long & asinine wait time for a mediocre ride
Takes forever for them to even authenticate your request, and then you gotta wait 50 million years for a driver to come in, but even then, you still have to wait around an extra hour just to get dropped off at your location. & that’s not going into the other riders either.
Completely unreliable
Everytime I use this app, it gives incorrect ETA for pick up. Sometimes in the middle of someone arriving, the driver switches and the ETA becomes longer.
