Why rip people off
I don’t understand why you have to hire people that can handle a simple refund. I’ve read enough I highly don’t recommend this to any one …….

Honestly, I should have listened to the reviews. I got a scooter from them. Everything was good initially but the scooter out of no where wouldn’t charge at all. I couldn’t even ride it down the street or the battery would die. To make matters worst, the scooter was at my workplace. I first started my second week and this happened but whatever I request to get it picked up because I saw the unreliability of it and I didn’t want it to happen again. I set an appointment to get it picked, guy shows up a day early while I’m at work. I had to step out and explain it, he then tells me it looks like a electrical problem (if it’s a electrical problem they don’t charge the pick up). He then takes the scooter and suddenly two days later I get billed a pick up fee. I call them to for a explanation and they tell me the guy who picked up the scooter never told me that the scooter had a electrical problem which was a lie. Now I have to deal with that but also they wouldn’t refund me 2nd week of the paid subscription since the scooter failed on the first day of the 2nd week but now they want me to pay the pick up fee when their scooter didn’t work so I couldn’t even drop it off at their drop off location.
I know they’re trying to run a business but these greedy business practices is horrendous, their reviews should suffice to not recommend using their services.

Worst service ever
Pico the definition of failure. Now I know how bad the services I would never recommend pico to anyone there customer service is beyond Recognition. They rent bikes to people 10 days after you pay $100 or more and then you pick up the bike it takes them 45 minutes to get the bike ready! not only that after waiting for such a long time you got a defective bike that you can charge or secured because it’s broken. Then they promised call back and 3 days later still nothing but I’m still paying for the subscription I find it very unethical and in-business like the way how they practice business. Need better service

No Brainer - Seriously
I’ve been renting the Pico itank for a week now and they really are as good as you think!
I use mine to drive to parks/get groceries/go for joy rides and even go to the beach! I’m only paying around 47 a week with EVERYTHING included and after a month I can return it any week if I so desire. Their staff are very down to earth and helpful, plus the scooters are just great products.
I got a phone call from Wendy (one of their sales staff) saying they just got phone holders in and they want to mail me one... I’m already loving the business and then they add a whole jar of cherries on top.
Summary:
Amazing crew, fantastic scooters for a very reasonable price, and unmatched overall user experience + lease terms.

THEY SCAMMED ME
After a very long research of this company that had no history i gave them a chance,I sign a contract, I paid my initial fees and never got a call to schedule the drop off ,I called them for few days and had no answer of when will they be dropping off the bike ,just a ..oh yeah can I give u a call back ,he’s not in ,he’s busy ,he’s This and that (the delivery guy)so I’m already upset like they playing games for a whole week ,that Friday I check my bank account and I noticed they charge me extra Money (65 dollars) for no reason and put my account on overdraft ..I call them to ask what’s going on with that ...NO one has an answer ,the next day I have to call again now this guy name Orlando which it suppose to be the customer service manager tells me he’s going to Rectify their mistake not to worry ,he will compensate me for their mess up so he calls me later that day just to tell me their system made an error,that maybe I paid them extra,gave me like 3 or 4 excuses but that he’s willing to give me the money they took without my consent on credit (LOL) I’m like You’re giving me credit for money you guys stole and I still have to pay my bank for the overdraft fee (35 dollars)because of your mess up then he gets agresive telling me NO ITS YOUR F***UP I’m like really ok love the lack of professionalism ,than he processed to act like guetto an unprofessional telling me soooo you want to cancel or what ,what you wanna do ..at this point it’s a joke talking to him ,he clicks on me 2 second later they blocked my account ,kept my money ,now I’m calling my bank to try to get my money back.. plz avoid this place worst nightmare also they have had my review removed like 5 times and I won’t let other ppl get scammed like me so NICE TRY

Awesome Customer Service.
Poor customer service
I submitted a request for the scooter thing and there was a hiccup along the way with the delivery and etc. So I was pretty patient up until when I called back to customer service and the person who assisted me was extremely rude. I would definitely not recommended this business to anyone I know.

Great bikes and incredible deal
E bikes are very pricey. If you are going for quality this is a no brainer and be careful because there’s so much junk out there. I’m amazed at the programs offered - they are unbeatable. Most options out there are three times as much!
