Missing Tickets
Today marks the second day of me trying to buy a ticket and it does not show under my tickets. This is really frustrating but even more frustrating is trying to get costumer service to help you. They can’t really do anything they just basically told me to uninstall and install the app (which I already did) does not work at all. Now they are telling me to wait 2 days for the process to be done and I “might” get my money back. I mean this is unacceptable and just a show of incompetence. Really disappointed.

Tickets show up very late at times
This app needs a bug fix. I’ve had several times where I buy multiple tickets and sometimes they don’t show up. At times it does return the money back but most of the time the tickets show up days later. Sun metro please fix this, it’s very inconvenient especially when you’re relying on the app to get around.

Not accurate
The street car tracker Is always ridiculously behind, they also can’t take the street cars off the map when they’re in training, which creates a lot of confusion. On sundays i can never get the ap to tell me when the brios will be circulating, causing me to have to wait up to forty minutes for a brio. Also, unless you have Facebook you can’t see updates on anything regarding the buses, you really can’t include a “news” or updates section on this app? And then the other app sunmetro provides is equally useless. At often times the option to buy a ticket doesn’t work, and luckly the bus drivers have been nice enough to let me ride bus but I often get a little bit of attitude. This ap is so dumb.

Inaccurate and incomplete info
A “map” of the tram route is provided, but it does not indicate the direction the trams move (they only go one way and make a strange loop, so a stop can look like it’s the next one but actually be 30 minutes away). The app has little green moving tram cars to indicate where the trams are, but the trams are always actually 1-2 stops ahead of where the app says they are, so if you’re planning on heading out to the stop when the tram nears, you will always miss it. You’re better off just looking out your window and consulting maps than using this app.

I can’t buy tickets
They should fix this problem. I tried to buy tickets and my card was declined as well as others I used to buy tickets

Does not provide intuitive route selection for trip planning purposes.
Route maps are not integrated for trip planning.
Unable to view relevant routes without loading the all entire city route maps.
Bus stops are not shown on route maps. Google maps, Apple Maps, Microsoft Maps all show bus stops. Sun metro maps fall short.
Does not allow saving specific trips that are used regularly.
Cannot delete or manage search history items without completely removing and reinstalling the app. Website doesn’t allow history management.
A disappointing app overall.
It is understandable why El Paso residents are not so inclined to embrace the use public transportation.
Very low quality bus schedule system in comparison to most other US metro locations.
Customer service is not helpful, sometimes rude.
