I am trying to sign up using an UK number but it’s not working.

Booked a car, 4 seconds later the app charged me for 3 hours and terminated the car, someone else booked the same car immediately

Useless
Can’t even sign up. Tried to get a code several times…..doesn’t work.
Can’t even sign up!
I’m not even able to sign up! I’ve entered my phone number and I do not receive the code required to go to the next stage of the sign up process! Absolutely useless! I’ve even contacted customer service, sent in my identification and I was ignored! Poor service which renders this app completely useless!

Half Scamm
You indeed can rent the car, but if the car is parked somewhere like airport (thats what happened to us) you have to pay the parking (21€ in our case) and you DONT get you money back! You send them a picture of what you paid and they give you some credit in their App but you wont see that money! Lets day you just want to use their service once like us, you will not get your money back, not to mention that if you drop of the car at the airport you have to pay extra 10€ even if you paid the parking!

Испортился хороший сервис
Вроде был супер сервис, которым пользуюсь уже больше 2х лет. Могли быть баги, изменения, которые не сильно нравились. Однако расширялись зоны, добавляли машины, всегда оставалась классная расположенная лицом к клиентам поддержка. Проблемы, вопросы - все быстро решалось.
Последнее время (несколько месяцев) регулярно происходят какие-то сбои - машина не отвечает при завершении аренды или блокировке, или пропадает в оффлайн.
И такое ощущение, что поддержка и сервис предлагают это как само по себе разумеющееся. При этом пока аренда не завершена и машина решила отключиться - деньги считаются и, по сути, будут списаны за то, что сервис не работает. И это считается нормальным, пока не начнешь ругаться в чате поддержки.
Куда-то не в ту сторону развитие идет

Pretty good, very practical, easy to use
As a student in Cyprus, I’m glad this is an option. It’s very easy to understand and to sign up, plus it’s quite cheap, especially compared to Bolt/Uber or other taxis. The cars work, the customer support line answers any and all questions pretty fast, and its not crazy expensive. I wish this was available in more countries. 5/5.
