Lots of potential, but unusable
I keep getting automated emails saying there was something wrong with my registration. I’ve emailed support several times, but haven’t gotten a response.
I’m eager to use this service, but if they’re this bad about responding to potential customers, I can’t help but wonder how slow they’d be in an emergency. Maybe I dodged a bullet?

Don’t bother
I would not recommend hiring Electra bikes in Limassol. Most of the bikes are in terrible condition — the batteries are almost always empty, the brakes don’t work properly, the tires are flat, and the rearview mirrors and indicators are missing. Phone chargers never work, there are no phone holders, and helmets are rarely available.
I paid over €100 for a week’s rental and could barely find a single bike that was safe to use. Customer service was no help at all. When I asked for support, they told me to walk over an hour to another bike that would probably be broken or already taken by the time I got there. I asked for a realistic solution or a refund, but they refused to help.
This service is unsafe, unreliable, and a complete waste of money.

Worst app than any other!
I sent all my documents and customer service just text me once saying that I have to wait to confirm and they will check my documents. After 72 hour and 2 emails asking for a solution I don’t have an answer not even to say “NO, YOU CAN’T USE OUR APP” or something.
