Horrible app

No support can’t get any help would give zero stars if I could

Does not let you log in

Can’t log in to app. Tried to reset password and it tells me my email is invalid. Can’t be invalid when it’s the only email I use… I get sent emails from Ride Stream all the time. How can you have my email but when I try logging it, suddenly it’s invalid?

Your app doesn’t work

Your app has bugs. I can’t even sign up correctly. When I try to sign in it say my username is invalid. Then when I sign up again it says that profile already exists, so when i try to change the password its says username combination not found. How annoying. Anyone would give up on you guys before even getting started. Do better.

Response from developer

Hi, I just wanted to address that perhaps you are not using the email you signed up with as username. This has been a confusion for a few others as the username should state "email". We are terribly sorry and this is our fault for not making it more clear. We plan to fix this naming with our next update.
