Early problem.
One complaint early on . It claimed I used my phone while driving. I NEVER use my phone while driving. Too, I have a $600.00-ish dash cam recorder system to back me up on that.

Been using the app for 13 days. Very easy to use and to record if passenger or driver. Actually helps me watch my speed and avoid distractions.
THIS APP IS A SCAM
So my wife and I started using the app about 2 1/2 months ago. We have both consistently had average scores of 97-100 for nearly the entire time and certainly the last 6 weeks. Yesterday, May 12, 2025 my “two-week average score” was a 98 and my wife’s was 100. Today mine mysteriously dropped to a 63 and hers to a 53 for a two -week average - this is overnight! This is mathematically impossible. Mighty shady that we are about two weeks away from the end of the three-month period that determines if and how much discount we will receive on our insurance premiums and our scores drop 35 and 47 points overnight. I’ve spoken to my insurance company reps who basically blew me off saying they don’t determine the scores. I’ve emailed the company who owns this app but haven’t heard back yet. What a farce this is. I wouldn’t waste your time with this app if this is how they operate.

Good driving overview
App works well although it is just technology and can’t understand situations drivers encounter, i.e., hard acceleration to merge onto freeway. Overall, I am pleased with it if it will lower my rates.

Amazing thorough feedbacks on your trips/drivings. A sensible driving coach that understands the various situations you’ll encounter in your trips, and will take them into consideration. I love the ability to review what, when, and where improvements can be made. The app is pretty polish. I have been using it for two weeks and haven’t noticed any major negatives yet. I prefer this over USAA Safe Pilot app.

Ok with some issues
There should be an allowance to only turn the tracking on when driving. No reason to track 24-7. Good thing it’s only for 95 days

I have checked with other car insurance and home insurance companies. My Cincinnati has beat them every time! They have been so easy to work with when I filed to get reimbursed for my towing. I had a contact person who was able to guide me through what I needed to do. Which was so nice!! And I received my money quickly! Thanks guys! I appreciate you!
