Cannot pull up pics
With the new iPhone update, we are no longer able to pull up the photos. The App opens, you click on a camera and it crashes and reverts back to the camera list. Without a fix to this issue, the App is rendered useless. I have enjoyed the RidgeTec cameras and support over the past 3 years we have used them. Give the App 4 stars vs 5 based on same picture updates recommended by others, but now it is a 1.

Pictures no longer displaying
The app will no longer display the pictures when clicking on the camera with thumbnail. Still works on iPad but not longer on iPhone. Tried to reinstall app to no avail.
App doesn’t work on iPhone
Terrible app. I have it on my iPad and it works. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and it will not show me my pictures. Sometimes when I tap on the camera it starts to show the gallery and reverts back to the camera description. I have deleted the app and re-download it and it will not work no matter what. Very displeased with the RidgeTec so far.

Needs updated
No new icons on pictures that haven’t been viewed option. No notification on the app like you get with your text app. Cannot scroll continuous through the picture thumbnails like competitors apps. *Overall it needs a lot of updating* to compare to the other trailcamera company apps. Videos hard to download from the app versus the web portal. Again it has a lot of issues for the user from the app.

All great but viewing pictures needs a change
We love everything but how you view the pictures, if you get more then 20 pictures every night it can get annoying. My first complaint is it doesn’t lest you just continually go to the next picture view 20 then have to page to the next. It would be nice if it just scrolled forever.
My second complaint is it doesn’t have icon or anything to show you what pictures you haven’t opened. Other then those two things the app is great to control the camera easy to start them up at the beginning of the season and cameras work awesome. But the app to view your pictures (which in my opinion is the reason you get a cell camera so you don’t need to spend hours looking on the computer every couple weeks) needs an update
