Complete garbage
Completely pointless to have since phone numbers are still gathered at checkout. Have to scan every item to get the deal. I have hated the absence it’s development, but the recent updates have horrible performance and won’t even load. So on top of wasting my time like normal, more of my time is wasted, and I end up, checking out without receiving any of the discounts. I only go to Ridley’s because it is conveniently close to my house, but I will be driving the extra minute since it will save me time in the long run anyway.

I find this app getting better and better, it’s definitely a slow process for the app to get better, but I do enjoy using it
Update Not Working
I’ve just updated this app as requested and it’s still not allowing me to use any of the features like activating my digital coupons or updating my password or viewing my account information. Whoever runs this app needs to fix this. This app is constantly compromised.

Horrible App
I’ve had my phone number for over 2 years, but can’t get signed up for the perks because the app has no clue. They have a contact button, but you have to know your Advantage ID to get help. That is stupidity. Why can’t you do it off a phone number or email? Even asked your app to issue a new one but still have to know the Advantage ID to get a new one????? How does that make sense to you?????

Not working anymore
Suddenly the app is loading and loading and loading and not working anymore.

Default location
I’m fine the phone up very difficult to change the default location. I have not been able to accomplish that. This should not be so difficult to change.
Makes you enter login manually
This app is awful. It won't accept stored password credentials from my phone, so you have to stop & enter them manually, which wouldn't be that big of a deal if it didn't routinely kick you off the app & make you login every time you walk into the store (this might relate to leaving home Wi-Fi and going to LTE or something). I don't know what the problem is, but I do know my other apps are written to interface with my iPhone stored passwords so I never have to type in my 20 digit email address & use super short insecure passwords on purpose because the app is a pain in the behind. This app has made me frown on Ridley's a lot because the only way to get their clip coupons and use their app. If you're going to force people to use your app, at least support it and make it work right.
Also, as other people have mentioned it's pretty clunky to actually use Relative to other apps I've used (it makes a Walmart app look like a Ferrari ha ha).

The app never saves my password, so I have to lookup my login info after every update.
The app locks up if I click on My ad.
The digital coupons won’t scan at the register unless I screenshot them.
This app feels like it was made by a first year computer science student as a school project. Ridley’s should cut the cost of developing this app and pass the savings to customers (yea right, lol) because they are already way more expensive than Walmart in my area. And I don’t need a clunky app at Walmart to get lower prices.

Horrible app
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and always appreciate the great deals this store offers. However, the app is frustrating to use. The design feels clunky, and the search function has never worked properly. Instead of quickly finding the coupons I need, I have to scroll through the entire list to activate them. Will this ever be fixed?
Additionally, how do customers without cell phones, particularly elderly shoppers, access these deals? If they’re forced to pay full price while others benefit from discounts, it seems unfair and may discourage them from shopping here.

Amateurish Effort
This app should have been given to a high school student to code. Then it might work. I try to sign up and it hangs every time before I can finish inputting the data. After 6 failed attempts (6 hung app experiences), I gave up. This does not bode well for Ridley’s. Their competitors apps work.

Severe shortages of Cashiers
The Sheridan store is very understaffed. Many times there is only one cashier. On Wednesday, there “Senior Discount Day” I have seen 6-8 + people in line waiting to check out. They have one cashier and closed all self checkouts because no one is able to staff those. Early evenings, they have one cashier with people lined up to check out. I personally have left without purchasing anything and have seen numerous others do the same.
I use Ridleys pharmacy and have always had the Very Best Service. It would make sense to get my groceries when I pick up a prescription, however, most times I don’t.

Dishonest
Digital coupons advertised in-store don’t actually exist within the app. I went into the Hyrum, Utah store for Herdez salsa that was originally priced at $3.99. There were multiple physical advertisements about an in-app digital coupon for $2 off. I couldn’t find it and asked an associate for help, even brought one of the advertisements to show the associate. She talked to someone else and they wouldn't honor the price even though I had the app. Also, prices in store are more expensive than in the app. I went to purchase Food Club cake mix advertised in the app for $.50 off of the original $1.49 price. The cake mix rung up at $1.99. Very misleading and dishonest. This place will not last much longer.
