Every time I open the app it tells me that an error has occurred and won’t let me use the app at all. Emailing the office seems to do nothing. This is offered as part of the amenities in my apartment but has t worked in months. Shame smh

These scooters and e-bikes are an amenities that helps in small and big moments. You get free 4 hour rentals, after the 4 hours there is a small fee. But if you end the ride onsite, you can start another ride and get 4 more hours free. Super stable, long lasting battery. These are premium and more people

Acceleration is not seamless
The acceleration experience is jerky and not gradual. There is a sudden acceleration. Transition is not smooth. Maybe some adjustment is required.

Having Ridy at my apartment community has been great! It’s easy to use and convenient to use when I want to take a metal break or need to grab a snack nearby.

I enjoy this easy little machine to zoom around my neighborhood for a breathe of fresh air. Easy and stable, no fear of tipping over. Looks cool too 🤩
My apartment had these and I love them!
Always take them out to go to the store real quick. A lot of fun and less hassle then driving my car. They go fast too !

Great initiative by apartment to add scooters for a quick pick up from my favorite coffee shop or for a quick mental break!
Best Prado Amenity
I love having the option to use these scooters to run quick errands or take a mental break. Personally I’ve used these scooters to pick up food across the street. Definitely quicker than driving since I don’t really have to search for parking. Would highly recommend others in the community to take advantage of this amenity!

I love this scooter - Daisy - Prado
The scooter is very nice built. The battery lasts a while and also it is pretty stable even when going full speed. I live at Prado and use this to get to and from post office, grocery shopping, parks and also visiting friends. I loved the idea of having this in the place where I live and having this facility to do things on the street without having to drive. Great overall experience.
