Cannot transfer ownership
Cannot transfer ownership as previously delete account. When register new, the app state not own meter. So the app completely rubbish now. Cannot connect to meter anymore. Do i have to buy new one so i can use again? Not friendly app/ function

I upgraded to a new iPhone, lost access
I have been using the Rightest Care app for several months using my old iPhone SE.
I just upgraded to a new iPhone 16 and cannot reestablish my access to the appl.
As soon as I start the app in the new phone it goes to the create new account screen with no option to login with the existing credentials.
Please help.

Blood glucose report shows empty despite there were many test done. Didn’t see a response from the support team after made a error report.
Bluetooth connect issue

L’App si chiude da sola dopo pochissimo secondi, ho dovuto cancellarla e riscaricarla già 3 volte, per un po’ funziona correttamente, poi fuoriesce questo problema.
Finalmente un app che funziona!
Prima di imbattermi in questa app ho avuto un po' di esperienze piuttosto stressanti.
Con questa app, zero sbattimenti, interfaccia chiara e sopratutto collegamento super stabile con il glucometro (il mio e un lineaD Oro di Bioseven).
Sarebbe davvero fantastico se permettesse di esportare i dati delle misurazioni (ad es. in formato csv) e se inviasse i dati all'app salute di Apple.
Con questa app, zero sbattimenti, interfaccia chiara e sopratutto collegamento super stabile con il glucometro (il mio e un lineaD Oro di Bioseven).
Sarebbe davvero fantastico se permettesse di esportare i dati delle misurazioni (ad es. in formato csv) e se inviasse i dati all'app salute di Apple.
