The best donation app
So easy to use and has so many charities. Very easy to track my donations and manage my recurring giving.
Confused
I made a donation with a successful payment and then it said error. I left the app and restarted it and the app would just crash out. The app took my payment so I’m not sure where the money has gone. How disappointing.
Good but few problems
I payed part of my zakat. The message ‘error’ appeared. I tried again three times. I thought the transactions didn’t work but they took the money in my account every time. So I’d advise you to check your account if you see a message. Now I’ll see use the charities’ websites instead.
Had to delete hasn’t been working for months
Was a great app while it worked but hasn’t been in use for months and the developers don’t look like they really care about it either no way to actually report the issue either.
Too many attempts error message
‘If’ or ‘when’ the app works, it’s brilliant. However, on many occasions, at the first attempt - I get a red banner saying ‘too many attempts’ which is most unfortunate. I deleted the app and downloaded again but same issue
