I’m impressed with how useful this app is. I went to this massive place by myself and enjoyed a self guided tour.

What a beautifully maintained museum. The extension is thoughtfully done & allows visitors to enjoy all that is on show. The app is a great addition.

Ich finde, dass die App sehr gut gelungen ist, die einzelnen Beiträge sind lebendig und unterhaltsam. Man kann sich gut merken, was man hört und mit dem Bildern in Verbindung bringen. Ich finde im Vergleich zu anderen Museumsführungen ist es eine wirklich sehr gut gelungene App.
Gute Mischung, gute Führung über die Rapp
Wir haben uns für die „Best of“ Führung entschieden und wurden mit der App gut geführt. Die Erklärungen waren kurzweilig und interessant. Wir haben gute 2,5 h benötigt. So macht Museum Spaß.

The app is awful
It’s very difficult to follow and every time you think you figured it out it doesn’t flow naturally to the next stop. The app should stop you in front of photos to discuss, then guide you where to go next.

I really enjoyed using this app whilst touring the Rijksmuseum. It gives information and insight but in a brief and entertaining way. Loved our visit!
Gut gemacht
Die Themen-Führungen und die App sind wirklich toll. In der Rembrandt-Themen Führung hätte ich mir jedoch gewünscht, mehr über die großen Entwicklungslinien der Malerei Rembrandts zu erfahren und weniger über konkrete Details in einzelnen seiner Bilder.

Amazing Tour!!!
The Rijksmuseum is amazing. It is overwhelming. Filled with national and world treasures. This tour explains everything and provides wonderful guidance on how to move through the museum. The best museum tour I have ever seen. Bravissimo!

Map and search functions not intuitive. If you’re strolling and looking for a self guided tour great. If you’re looking for a specific work or artist good luck

Maps not so good
The routing and maps are confusing. On the maps, including App maps and wall maps most rooms are not labeled.
Best Museum App
This app truly works. No need to pay extra for audiotour or guided tour; the app has a higlights tour if you are in a hurry but many other options to explore the museum. Make sure to bring your earphones!
