RIL Connect is a virtual access portal for our clients to keep in touch and receive updates from their care team. The app features forms and information and allows clients to perform a variety of tasks, including filling out medical paperwork, signing documents, and paying bills.
The RIL Connect app also lets users participate in ongoing education classes, update, and manage personal information, participate in telemedicine visits, and communicate with their caregiver.
Client privacy is a critical component of RIL Connect. Users’ health information is secure, encrypted, and HIPAA compliant.
