Please fix
I will get notifications that messages have been sent to me but when the app opens it marks all messages as read, making so difficult to communicate effectively.
Great tool…mostly.
After the last update, I am unable to tag my coworkers in the chat. This does decrease the efficiency somewhat.

Yeah it’s short of features doesn’t work well, is confusing has a really poorly designed user interface and is one of them more ugly messaging programs I’ve ever seen.
So with a world full of messaging applications, Apple messaging, android messaging that are two way encrypted very secure, someone decided … we need to have someone design and build a new one that is not very god ? That is a complete waste of most likely taxpayer dollars thank you very little. It doesn’t work well.

Slow and Painful
Our company used to have Tiger Connect, which was fantastic. So sad we had to switch over to this. It’s like going from the iPhone 16 to the iPhone 4. Please take some lessons from Tiger Connect and apply them to your platform as it’s certainly lacking.
Works Great!
This app is a great way to communicate with several team members at once and securely when it comes to patient information.
