About

Rimeroo is for people who share a house. It answers the questions a houseshare keeps having to ask. Whose turn are the bins. Which one goes out this week. What's the Wi-Fi. Who do we ring about the boiler. The bin rota Set it up once and everyone knows whose turn it is. The rota belongs to the room rather than the person, so it keeps working when somebody moves out and somebody else moves in. Away that week? Ask a housemate to swap, and the whole house sees the change. The house guide The Wi-Fi password, where the bins live, the cleaner, who to call when something breaks. Everything the last tenant knew, written down where the next one can find it. Reporting a problem If a letting agency or a landlord manages your house, you can tell them something is broken — with a photo, a thread you can follow, and a status you can see. Once, rather than a message nobody can find three weeks later. Updates Notices from whoever runs the house stay put and stay findable, long after a group chat has buried them. Joining One code gets the whole house in. Pick your room and you are done. For agencies and landlords Rimeroo gives your tenants the rota and the house information, and gives your team a maintenance queue, notices and a full audit trail in a dashboard at rimeroo.com. Your privacy Housemates see your first name. Never your surname, never your email address. You can download everything Rimeroo holds about you, or delete your account, from inside the app. Rimeroo is operated by Baulin Technologies Limited. What's New in Rimeroo

1.0.1

For everyone in the house • Who has the washer: a card on Home shows who's using it and when it finishes, with an outline that fills as the cycle runs. Turn on "Ring like an alarm" and it keeps reminding you until the washing's out. • In an emergency: a screen you can open without signing in, with the numbers to call, where the house keeps its fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first-aid kit, and what to do if there's a fire. • Door codes are now hidden behind dots like the Wi-Fi password. Tap to show, or copy without showing. • Invite links now open the app straight onto the join screen. • Whoever runs the house can now fix the bin schedule after setting it up. For landlords and letting agencies • Manage your portfolio from your phone: repair reports across every house, urgent first, with photos, status updates and replies. • Get a notification the moment a new repair is reported. • Approve new tenants, show them a join QR code on the spot, and send a notice to one house or several. • See which certificates are expired, expiring or missing, and record a new one on site with a photo. • Take over a house its residents already run, with its rota and history intact. Also • Home and work accounts are now kept separate: use a personal email for your home and a work email for managing property. • New accounts start with an emailed code. You can add a password later. • The appearance option now says "System".
