Impossibly frustrating. Convoluted system and bizarre subscription service.
Awful system. Avoid . I regret ever getting involved with it.
Ring app
I have 12 cameras. Now all of a sudden I can’t move the camera tiles, so i have to look at them all out of order which is confusing! Fix this mess ASAP!!!!
Helpful But Not Reliable
The ring camera was a decent addition to our home but doesn’t always put up even when something moves directly in front of it. With a better sensor this product could be much more efficient.

YOU SHOULD NOT STOP USERS FROM ACCESSING THEIR OWN SECURITY DEVICES JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT US TO UPDATE AN APP! IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!

Horse Manure
It doesn’t work with a T-Mobile home Internet router without buying a second router from opal and even that set up isn’t working good luck if you have T-Mobile home Internet trying to set up a ring camera. I have four hours of diagnosis troubleshooting changing setting all for nothing. Our home ring is also a colossal Payne to set up but nowhere near the angina you are gonna get trying to use a Tmobile router. I couldn’t be more underwhelmed.

Ring Plan Issues
The ring plan feature of this app has never worked for me. No matter how many updates, WiFi, cellular data, it just never loads.
Front ring camera
Getting charged for two ring cameras 13 dollars and some change 15 dollars and some change and my front ring camera only catches whatever it feels like catches
Genuinely useless
Can’t recognize that I used this device for years. Randomly logged me out and refuses to email me the code. Wish I could use any other service. Will try to switch with my next place

Bad recording. Most of the times it doesn’t records most movements in front of the camera at all. And it’s slow as well
Stop start ring doorbell
Once again stop working, last update over 5hrs ago. Had to turn phone off then on again to get it to start picking up anything, plus not picking up from left side. Absolutely getting fed up with this. Seriously thinking of getting the new sky doorbell and cancel the subscription on this piece of garbage.

Literally doesn’t open on iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 26.6
As a new homeowner, security of my property is top of my list. But Ring disagrees. I tried disabling VPN, restarting, updating the phone, delete/reinstall. Then I went into the app’s own logs in the phone’s analytics and discovered there is nothing I can do - the app is literally crashing because of its own code. It physically will not run, no matter what I do. Great job guys! The app is literally killing itself at the splash screen.

Unable to log in to my camera for no reason
I own my doorbell and for no reason the system logged me out and asked me to transfer ownership. It is my system
AI feature turned themselves on and made it obvious ring was spying on us

My experience: Ring cameras (I have many) are pieces of %@$$&&.
My experience: First, multiple cameras alert me to someone approaching my front door.
Then, (no alerts in between first notice) I see someone walking away with a package. No face or anything identifiable to help me identify a “package thief.”
What a piece of junk.
