Payment tab?
Why is there no option to see the payment tab or to request payouts? Agree with other reviews that it’s glitchy but seems to have improved somewhat over the last few years. Please add the payment tab though
Inconsistent Notifications, Unable to Enter Calls
Ringle does not notify you when a lesson with a student cancellation is starting, which has caused me to accumulate two strikes. I honestly think this whole “you have to enter the lesson even when there is no student” policy is a scheme to make excuses for not paying tutors, and the lack of notifications reflects this.

Can’t Accept Unassigned Lessons
I am never able to accept unassigned lessons. Whenever I get an email about them (and never a notification) I try to click on the button to accept the unassigned lesson right away. That only takes me to a page that promotes me downloading this app. The problem is that neither on the app, or on my computer, am I able to accept unassigned lessons. I’m not sure if it’s because I take too long to accept them, but today, literally as soon as I got an email about an unassigned lesson, I went to the app to accept it and nothing popped up in the unassigned lessons part of the schedule.

Joining a lesson
This feature should be added in case students are unable to join due to Wi-Fi connectivity issues. I’d like to be able to join via cellular network.
App is fine, Needs Calendar Sync
On web, I can sign into my Google account, but when I try actually sync the Ringle calendar to my Google calendar, nothing happens.
On the app, Google does no allow me to sign in through the Ringle app.
This is pretty frustrating, since I have to manually check every day on the app when my lessons are.

Current Bug with the App
There is something wrong with the app right now that is not allowing me to view my schedule or accept lessons!
Glitchy
The app has many glitches. Most recently, I have been unable to accept lessons on the app without the app crashing. Unfortunately, for tutors this is a huge disadvantage because we must accept lessons within a certain time frame and we do not always have access to our laptops. An update would be greatly appreciated!

Ringle Tutor app is used by the tutors that work for Ringle Education Service. It’s super smooth and useful to manage and book my lessons!

Most basic functions work but app can glitch out
I’ve only recently started using the app but as soon as I entered the performance section and tapped on my stars, the app seem to have glitched out and transition to an empty white screen. The app does not appear to have a section to report technical issues so I would implore the makers of the app to add this feature in case errors or other technical issues arise.

When it works, it’s fine
Since the Seoul Challenge update, the app crashes for me when I try to open it, so I can only accept lessons from my computer.
Also, as a previous review mentions, there is no way to accept payment and transfer your paycheck to PayPal via the app. This might be for security reasons, but it’s worth knowing if you’ve never used the app before and I must admit it is inconvenient.
Otherwise, it’s basically everything that’s on the website that I bother to look at, so as long as I can access the app, it’s fine.

Good!
I like this app! It doesn’t have every functionality, like editing Google docs or looking at feedback reports. But I like seeing my schedule easily, upcoming lessons and new tutoring requests. It loads fast and looks nice. I do not rely on it 100% but use the website too. Happy to provide more feedback. Thank you.

Not getting notifications
There's a problem with the notifications system on this app. As a tutor, it's important to know if there are unassigned lessons available and other important announcements as well. The app does not send notifications, and when I try to toggle the "on" switch for notifications in the settings it turns off automatically. Please look into this issue. It's very inconvenient.
