The app could be great, but it’s unfortunately got two big issues that are hopefully just bugs:
1) The file titles all say “no title - no title” — it’s not importing from the file name and there’s no way to edit before or after the ringtone file gets saved.
2) The app is not showing most of my iTunes songs, whether they are DRM free or not, in iCloud or downloaded to my device. About 20 random songs are visible in the app. I have MANY more songs than that downloaded as DRM Free content, as well as from Apple Music. I know the latter often isn’t compatible, but DRM Free Downloaded music should be visible. Yes, I granted all permissions.
The app hasn’t been updated in more than a year, so maybe the developer will do so soon because there’s clearly a couple of major issues that make this app unusable — which is a shame because it’s got a great UI and is easy to use. I hope this review will lead to some updates that fix these problems. I’m using an iPhone XS Max, iOS 14.6.

3yrs & still no Title or Name of Song
You can create a ringtone clip easily and they’re not hard to upload to your phone but there’s no meta data for Title or Name of Song and no way to edit it in during creation or after the fact. Good luck distinguishing any one clip you might make from another.
