The tutorial instructs you to open iTunes. The iTunes app is no longer available on Mac and hasn’t been included for years.

You can’t record audio without a computer
I just got my phone so I wanted to get a new ringtone so I recorded one but then when I tried making it my ringtone it said to plug into your computer and I don’t have 1 so that upset me
