No email verification
Ryan with Roth heating and plumbing. Tried to sign up while sitting with a rinnai rep. Both of us didn’t get verification emails (I tried two different emails to sign up) can’t log in until I get that email... help?
Cool new app from Rinnai
I have an iPhone 6. The latest update got it working on my phone so now I can register products and check out the information I need.
Unable to login
Roll Out needs to be better tested folks. I can’t even login because the page will not scroll and entering password does not work. Then the old app is shutdown.

Pep Plumbing, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that not being able to log in must have been frustrating. We resolved this issue with our latest release. You are now able to use the next button inside the keyboard to move to the next field and complete your sign in. Please check the App store for the update, and try it out.
